Dr. Thompson is just such a great doctor, so wonderful with my pet and they got me in last minute because my baby was not feeling well. Highly recommend!!

I have been taking my dogs to Lums Pond hospital, boarding and grooming for over 10 years. The doctors and grooming staff are wonderful and caring. Whenever we went on vacation, we knew our dogs were in good hands.

Dr. Thompson and all the folks at Lums Pond Animal Hospital take great care of our 5 dogs. We have been going there for over 20 years .

It was easy to get an appointment. Staff was super nice. My kitty was comfortable. I’ve brought all my pets here

My parents' dog had to get an enucleation of both eyes. He is 13 years old. The surgery went well and he is doing great! He is eating better and more active than what he was before surgery. The surgery cost was fair ( $3,000 less than what a prominent emergency vet hospital wanted to charge!). He loves his belly rubs, the ecollar- not so much 😆

The staff and service receives a 10 out of 5 from me! My dog's own vet (not from Lums Pond) could not perform the surgery my dog needed and it was time sensitive. I called around and was given the run around, but the staff at Lums Pond listened and responded beautifully and in the most humane way. Dr. Thompson saw the situation and took immediate action. Additionally, the vet techs I encountered were soooo supportive and treated my dog, Khloe like their own. I couldn't have been happier and the more I tell people about Khloe's experience at Lums Pond, the more fans I find out they have!!

My Doberman Pinscher named Koda has received outstanding care from Dr. Danielle Downs and the entire staff at Lums Pond Animal Hospital. They have consistently gone above and beyond to address my pet’s health needs. In fact, my Doberman was diagnosed with a terminal heart condition at the age of 6 years that is common for the breed. Under the care of Dr. Downs, he lived to be 11 years and 8 months old before passing away from the disease. He lived a full life without restrictions until the very end. Both Blue Pearl Specialty & Emergency Pet Hospital and the University of Pennsylvania’s Ryan Veterinary Hospital told me it’s very unusual to see a Doberman do so well and reach his old age after having lived with the disease for so long. It's a testament to the thorough and dedicated care of Dr. Downs and the entire staff at Lums Pond Animal Hospital.

My dog, Coco, is very comfortable with the staff at Lums Pond Animal Hospital. The staff is very friendly and caring. They are always ready to help in any situation. The doctors there are very thorough and make sure you are comfortable with treatment and medications prescribed. I particularly appreciate that they will call a day or so after the visit to check on Coco’s progress. They have a real concern for the animals. I look forward to a long and continuous relationship with Lums Pond Animal Hospital.

Been taking my two dogs since I moved here 1 year ago, best decision I could have made for my pets. The staff is incredibly friendly, Dr. Rosario, and Dr. Thompson amazing kind , compassionate vets.

I've been bringing my dogs here for many years I've always been happy with the facility. Recently my dogs have been treated by Dr. Thompson and I like him very much. The care he has provided has prompted me to write this review. He explains things in an easy to understand manner and you can tell he loves animals. I brought in one senior dog for a wellness visit and he went out of his way to check the records of my other dog so we could get care plans for both. Thank you Dr.

My baby girl Dancing Spirit is my whole world. When she got injured and tore her ACL, Dr. Thompson and his team did a wonderful job with the surgery and the post care. I highly recommend the hospital for your pet's care.

They were truly the best! I took my cat for her her first preventative appointment along with nail trimming. They followed up with me until the day of her appointment. The appointment was not only fast, it exceeded my expectations. My cat was trimmed & groomed. She came out new & improved! I didn’t think much of the service when I first contacted them to set up the appointment. However, when my cats appointment date came I could tell the staff cared about my cat. They were warm, happy, friendly & knew exactly how to handle her as they did with their other clients. Best service ever! I am now a committed client. I 100 percent recommend! Thank you all.
