First Business Bank

Ignore the 1-Star reviews by individuals. The name says it all; this is a BUSINESS bank. We opened 3 new accounts, implemented 2 remote deposit scanners, and lockbox services through FBB and it was a snap. Customer Service like no other. We used to wait days for our bank to respond to our messages, but with FBB, we generally hear back within minutes!

They checked my credit score, and of course, they leave there hard inquiries, and of course, never call me back!

I am here now to cash a check I got in the mail. The lady came to the door and it was locked. She treated me like I was going to rob the place. She asked to see the check, then proceed to ask me to sign it. She took the check and my ID and lock the doors back. What the hell is this . I asked why she was treating me like this and she said well it’s like why are we wearing masks. She returned my ID to me by slipping it through the door. Then finally opened the door to give me my cash ! I asked what her name was and she said Cathy !!! I feel very horrible about this bank and will not ever come back if I don’t need too. Very rude and disrespectful!

Went to go cash a $500 dollar check from one of the employers they serve. Was questioned about why I don't have my own bank to use. Was then asked if this would be a regular thing. Was then told they would cash it for a15 dollar fee. Just this once. Screw these people
When I asked why the 15 dollar fee for their own check, I was told that it was because they were "providing a service." This is extortion. Lol. Stay away from doing buisness with people that think about their customers like this. On top of all of it. It was a payroll check. The first one from this job. Well i'l be telling people about your business for a while. Thanks for nothing.

Extremely unpleasant and unprofessional customer service was talked down to and belittled because i wanted to set up an appointment to cash a check that a client of there's issued she said they have no obligation to anybody who is not a client of the bank I was told by ladie named ann "there is no do diligence required on there part" as she repeatedly laughed as I tryed to have her clarify the standard procedure of that bank and why I would cash a check only to receive a undisclosed amount and they would write me a check for the remaining amount...

Why would I cash a check just to receive another check

My account couldn't be found the first 3 times I called, even though I was given an account number. I was told they probably gave me an account number without setting the account up yet, a week later. Something fishy here.
