Returning customer, third time buying #4200 model, great USA made boot. I’ve been buying exclusively Red Wing boots for the last 30 years and have always been satisfied with little to no break in period.

They were incredibly helpful. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the help I got in the store. I will never buy boots from anywhere else. Thank you to everyone at the store.

Awesome experience. The sales associate was quick, knew exactly what I was looking for, and she even helped me get the inserts seated properly in my boot. The boot I had been wearing all day. If that isn't over the top customer service, I don't know what is. Will be going here for my next pair of boots.

They have great shoes especially for those who work in a factory that need steel toe shoes. Shoes and boots are pricey however its worth the money. Excellent customer service and experience. Handicap parking. Must wear a mask and only 3 persons at a time.

Family run At this location. The lady who worked with me was EXTREMELY patient with a first timer. Ended up getting me in a pair of nice boots too. Plus free cleanings for the lifetime of your boots.

I have always bought Red Wing boots and had my first experience with their year warranty. Brought my boots in and told them that water had been getting into them and that they were no longer water proof. The lady asked me if I would like the same boots or if I would like to a different pair. I was probably there for a half hour and she treated me like I was spending a million dollars at her store. Fantastic customer service and an awesome warranty program. This is why I will always buy Red Wings

Found they can order black boots and in a 4e boot got them ordered in a week tried them on and very comfortable didn't even take them off paid for them and went to work that night for 12 hours. That morning my feet didn't hurt or anything will be buying more boots from there when needed.

This was my first time buying red wing boots and i can honestly say they are so worth it and the best pair i have owned, very helpful staff and gave me great advice! Definitely will be back to buy more in the future.

I’ve had one pair of red wing big toe boots as a main work boot in a professional hardscape,landscaping,snow plowing/salting environment for about 5 years with 100% no maintenance done to them and they are still ready for this up coming season...but I will be coming in to purchase a new pair and retiring the old pair. After these past 5 years I’ve always told others to buy from redwings and have not heard a single bad thing about them!! Definitely worth every penny

They know what they are doing, and will make sure you leave with the best footwear for you needs. I tried on five shoes/boots before I found one that fit. Great customer service.

Super helpful staff went in about a broken clasp and they did everything that could to help. They couldn’t fix the clasp but were able to order me a new pair. They also let me keep the pair so I have something to wear for the time being for work!
