Chipotle Mexican Grill

I always like the chipotle but this time I don’t want was different, but it didn’t taste the same. It looks good but doesn’t taste good. Maybe the salsa I didn’t like this time. chicken is good but

This is by far the best Chipotle we've been to in a long time!
3pm today - I think this staff needs a bonus! Restaurant was very clean, staff has excellent customer service, and the steak wasn't dry...and the burrito was wrapped perfectly! Great job to this Chipotle team!!!

I am very pleased with the manager and team and service they provide here. I made a DoorDash order that ultimately got canceled because three DoorDash drivers kept stealing the order. When I went in person to ask what happened, they were very kind and gave me my meal for free because of the trouble. that shows me they really care about people, and I will go back again for sure!

I always like Chipotle and appreciate the vegan options. This particular location has a very spacious feeling dining area, which is nice.

Check out this kids meal! They definitely didn’t skimp on the food! Our kiddo loved it! Great service and super friendly staff who were patient with out 4 year old who wanted to place her own order. Everything was cooked perfectly and seasoning was spot on. We will definitely be back to this location. We love the many different options for everyone in our family.

Great food, great service, very kind and accommodating staff!! My husband and I have stopped here on our way home several times. The staff is always going above and beyond to please their customers! They are very upbeat and professional. The portions they serve are more than adequate and very delicious! We appreciate the cleanliness in the fully visible kitchen area as well as the restaurant seating inside and outdoors. This location is top notch!

Thank you to the excellent employees for making sure my order was gluten and corn free! Also thank you to the kind woman (who has a yellow lab) that paid for my food on a snowy day; I really appreciate it!! :) The <3 guacamole <3 is the best! I love the fajitas, cauliflower rice, and black beans <3 ! It is nice to eat something so healthy, warm, delicious, and the best part is I don't have to cook! :D

This was such a clean and friendly Chipotle. Nearly everyone greeted us weigh a great big smile. Anytime they could they asked if how things were going and of we needed something. Worst fast or quick food experience ever, it was more like a fancier sit down restaurant than a quick food stop.

I would definitely go back again.

Awesome chicken, I've tried chicken bowl and I got almost everything they had for ingredients it was great, also tried burrito with everything they have for ingredients the bomb. If you like Mexican style food this place is great ,price was ok I paid 8 something for the bowl and 8 something for burrito too ,so not bad. Tried steak not bad but the chicken has way more flavor I think.

I just went in there tonight with my fiancé, and I was blown away by the staff that helped us. I wish I would have gotten the young man’s name, but he really went above and beyond for me. I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease, so I can’t have any gluten. I went in and asked him to just change his gloves and told him about my gluten issue, and he ended up changing out the utensils in everything that I wanted for my bowl, wiped the counter down and then thoroughly washed and sanitized his hands and arms before putting on new gloves to make my food. I have a lot of anxiety about going out to eat because a lot of restaurants don’t take celiac disease seriously, but they did. I am really grateful and will definitely be back because of this.

This specific Chipotle is always fantastic. The staff are so friendly and I always leave with a smile. The food is always fresh, and I hit them up whenever I am in Janesville. They should all get a raise....just sayin'.

I like Chipotle, because it is healthy food. But this Chipotle is the best one I've been to. The people were incredibly friendly and kind. The food was hot and delicious. The restaurant was very clean, including the bathroom, which had been freshly cleaned. I would definitely stop here again.

Loved the Veggie Bowl. My friends had other varieties, and they also liked it. Location is very convenient and close to the highway.

All ingredients were very fresh and in the right ratio and portions.

EVERYTHING IS GOOD HERE. Seriously, the staff are friendly and efficient, the food is delicious, the atmosphere of the restaurant is a lot of fun, and it's not too expensive. The ingredients are always fresh. Definitely my favorite fast food restaurant.
