We've called on Janesville Plumbing three times in the last couple of years, with the most recent being August 2023. Professional service and quality work all around. Highly recommend.

Chris, who answered my calls, scheduled appointments, and sent quotes. All communication (phone and email) was prompt and professional.
Scott, who asked lots of questions and came up with a unique solution for our somewhat unusual plumbing situation with regard to hose bib placement. Thanks for thinking outside the box and coming up with a functional solution.
Bryant, who lead the crew last month for installation of underground water lines in our landscape. The team of 3 worked efficiently and cleaned up the area thoroughly when they were done. We're very happy with the results.

I've used them a couple times and they are quick to get out and get it done. They get 5 stars for that even though the work isn't always always perfect. Just had them over and the shower valve was tilted some and the shower head lead pipe was out of level by a half inch over 3 feet. Small gripe, but for some people that might be big deal.

Janesville Plumbing will do what it takes to get the job done right ! ! In October 2021 they put in new appliances, piping and ducts. In spring 2022 they had to rip out everything that had been and rip out a bathroom b/c I needed new basement floor and walls. After dealing w/concrete curing, electrical , construction, product ,and client issues, Joe S and TJ created a wonderful basement bathroom ! They could not have been nicer or more patient during this stressful ordeal. See before and after photos.

Did a great job when they changed out the guts to the toilet and then fixed the crack in copper pipe by replacing it. We've called them before about our kitchen sink too. They are quick at fixing things and very reasonably priced. We like them and will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues.

I would just like to say Thank You to Mitch and Janesville Plumbing for the outstanding work they did on re-plumbing my home. They came in and looked everything over, then sat down and made suggestions and reviews on the different ways to go and the materials to use. They left all the info and said to contact them back after I had looked at everything and made any type of decision. No hard pressure sale or it has to be done now or the price could go up. I always get 4-5 estimates on any work that I have done in order to compare. I viewed them over and I contacted them back a week later and scheduled the work to be done. They sent a young man, at least to me. Mitch arrived and introduced himself and his helper, went over everything that was going to be done and checked if I had anything to change or add. Then they started the work. Very polite, courtesy, and well mannered. They were very careful working around the house to make sure nothing was damaged or broken. I just can't say enough about this company and the employee's that they employ. I know that I will have more work to do in the next years and that this will the company that I'll be calling. Thank You again Mitch for all your work and help.

We had our ejector pump go out for our septic. Janesville Plumbing provided prompt and quality service with great communication. I would highly recommend!

I had a hose bib that was leaking inside my home and also on the outside of my home all over the side of the house. Janesville Plumbing came to my home and fixed both quickly and very professionally. We have had consistent excellent service from Janesville Plumbing over the past three years. Chelsie, at the office, provides excellent communication and scheduling. Mitch provides excellent service. He is professional, personable, quick, and we have always been happy with his service.

Just these guys come and do repairs on four things, they were very friendly, work was great and fast and priced great compared to those I had bid on the same jobs. I highly recommend them and I will be having them install a tankless water heater very soon.

Communication from the office was great as well and she always updated me about their projected time of arrival and they even showed up 2 hours earlier than originally estimated

I highly recommend Janesville Plumbing! Mitch (service tech) was a prompt, kind, and knowledgeable young man that made plumbing look easy. I originally called to have three different leaks fixed and decided to buy a sump pump and see if they could install it during the same visit. Mitch was confident, on arrival, that he could tackle all four projects in the allotted time frame. Mitch was fast and efficient; completed the four tasks and was out the door in less than two hours. I was also pleasantly surprised at the reasonable cost to have the work completed. Thank You Janesville Plumbing! I will certainly hire these guys for any future plumbing needs.

As a commercial hotel property with over 100 guestrooms, we count on Janesville Plumbing to provide us with quick service to resolve our plumbing issues. They have always been professional, courteous and sympathetic to our urgent needs, as well as our normal maintenance issues. Ok so my kitchen faucet is leaking ... What do I do? Call Janesville Plumbing! They come out 20 minutes before they said they would! 5 stars! Scott had my new faucet installed within 20 minutes. He informed me of all my connections in the basement that I had either shutoff or ( god knows what i shut off and on) lol Thank You Scott! You're the MAN! I am 200% sold on these guys. 6 out of 5 stars possible. Very Dam Impressive work!
