Great Smiles Dental SC

I write this review today as it is overdue and so deserving. My family and I have had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Scott Lipker. His team has always been great and Dr. Lipker does a fantastic job of explaining everything he is doing and listens to what we have to say as patients. Dr. Lipker and his staff have always been able to keep us clam and relaxed during our visits. I mention this as I have a special needs son who I had to remove from another local dentist because he was being restrained. Dr. Lipker took him as a patient years and years ago and my son loves his visits to the dentist and restraints are not needed.

Great Smiles Dental is a 5 STAR facility for both service and professionalism. I highly recommend Dr. Scott Lipker to everyone.

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly hygienists , it had been a while since I had my last cleaning and she was very thorough and understanding. Was very impressed with how much she knew compared to other hygienists I’ve been with in the past. Great place!

The dentists are thoughtful and made everything easy to understand.
I HATE going to the dentist's in general. But my visit was quick, as gentle as possible.

I WAS DEATHLY AFRAID OF THE DENTIST. I WENT IN TO SEE DR MATT AND HAD TO HAVE A TOOTH PULLED HE AND HIS STAFF MADE ME FEEL SO COMFORTABLE . I NEVER FELT ANY PAIN WHILE HE PULL MY TOOTH I WOULD RECOMMEND DR MATT AND HIS STAFF ANY DAY . THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH AND MY ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS BY FAR THE BEST IF EVER HAD I WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK FOR ALL MY DENTAL NEEDS THANKS AGAIN

This place is ok for adults but not at all for children. I’ve had to come in quite a few times now recently for my daughter and there are no chairs in some of the rooms. We are always in those rooms. I had to sit on the floor and they didn’t even seem bothered by it or ask if I wanted a chair. Not to mention, work is being done on both sides of the mouth, dr only numbs one side for literally a few seconds. She isn’t even numb when he gives her the injections at all. After her work is done, I will not be bringing any of my kids back here.

Update...we quit going there not as good as I hoped as small town you would figure better service. Nope just the opposite of that I don't recommend them to anyone anymore.

Dr. Lipker is negligent and doesn't care for his patients. I highly recommend you find someone or somewhere else for your dental work. He's cold, ill manored and won't help anyone who might come to him in desperation and emence pain. I sat in his waiting room for 10 minutes and saw him for 2 minutes at most. He didn't offer to help me in any way, other than shooing me off to some other office. I may not have had a problem with this had he not been then one who did the initial work. His assistants were great people who pleaded with him to help me in anyway, but Mr. Lipker sat in his office and denied me any type of relief or help. This is obviously someone who has become disinterested in his profession and is highly negligent as a "Doctor". Less than 5 hours after visiting with Mr. Lipker I was in urgent care with a serious infection. Do Not Trust This Man!
