Knowledgeable salesperson, took 10 minutes to find a dryer that fit our circumstances. Much different experience than the big box stores. I think our sales person's name is Ryan ? He's a keeper. We walked in the door, he did his discovery process, checked inventory and delivery slots , showed us available merchandise, layed out payment options, and 10 min later we drove away onto our next errand. Very professional. FYI,, our delivery was scheduled between 10 and 12 today , it is noon now and we are already drying our 1st load .

We bought a range & refrigerator from Shumway 5 years ago & were extremely satisfied with the buying experience & delivery service. My washer quit working recently so I went back to Shumway. I decided to buy a washer & dryer set but unfortunately the washer won't be available for about month so they offered me a loaner. You don't get that kind of service from big box stores!

Friendly and helpful sales staff. Took awhile to get my appliances (not their fault) Delivery guys were great at installing them!

We have been dealing repeatedly with Mike and Ryan on our disappointment with our Electrolux washer machine front load.

Mike has been dealing with Electrolux for over a year getting no where with them. Mike took this matter into his own hands to make sure that we were happy, so he offered to take back our units and put us in to a different brand, (Maytag), at very little cost to us.

We really appreciate Mike and Ryan for doing that for us!! I give Shumway's a (5 star) for their service and their customer satisfaction services. It has been a pleasure working with them and doing business with them. We will continue doing business with the Shumway team as long as I am alive!! We will highly recommended them to all our friends, and family, to do business with them as well as their children. Thank you so much Mike owner, and Ryan as our over and above sales man.

Friendly, professional, responsibly priced and will go the extra mile for there costumers. I bought a high end stove the girl got confused which stove I bought. She told me the air fryer basket came with it but didn't come with my stove it was an extra option when I told them what I was told they got basket free of charge for the confusion. Yes I would recommend them to a friend.

I wish every purchasing and service experience was as professional and as kind as these folks. They are a pleasure to do business with and I highly recommend them.

We needed to have our dryer inspected/repaired after a near dryer fire. We called and were easily able to schedule an appointment in just a few days for a technician to come out to our house. John Borgwardt was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to explain to me what caused the lint build up inside the machine, how to reduce build up by adjusting the dryer vent cap, how to check for problems, and issues to watch for in the future. I would absolutely contact Shumway and John for any of my future repair needs! They are a great example of the best way to run a business!

Had a problem with my washer this morning and the gal who took my call walked me through some steps and made a suggestion that worked! She provided excellent customer service in an era of “zero customer service”. Highly recommend this business!

Very happy with our experience. Kim’s salesmanship and customer service is wonderful. She got us great products and even better prices. The delivery team was great. We had an issue with delivery time on our end and they took an additional day out of their schedule to come back and hook up our appliances. Every time I call they offer us such great service. Shumway has taken excellent care of us and our appliances. We had a fridge delivered today and the men doing the delivery were prompt, polite, knowledgeable and careful of the house as they moved the old one out and the new one in. I would recommend Shumway to anyone.

Fair pricing and great people to deal with. From the purchase, to the delivery and installation - everything was smooth and easy. There is no pressure to buy when you visit their showroom or call them on the phone. It was as good of an experience as you could’ve asked for in purchasing an appliance. They have my business moving forward!

I shopped around a bit, but needed to get all new appliances for our new build home. I walked into Shumway and talked with Michael, within minutes I could tell I was in good hands, he didn't try to push me into the latest and greatest instead worked with my needs. It was refreshing to not have used-car sales approach. The appliances were delivered next day. Couldn't be happier, and glad that I had personalized experience the big box stores can't match.

We needed a new Washing Machine ASAP - At 4:45 PM I call Shumway and Kim described the Maytag she would suggest over the phone - My wife, Carol, wanted to see the Washer and Dryer before we just bought over the phone, so we drove to Shumway in Milton in 20 minutes. Kim showed us the Maytag Washer and Dryer that she suggested, we bought them, and we were done with the paperwork and out the door before 5:30 PM. The Washer and Dryer will be delivered (free delivery by the way) in the morning the day after tomorrow. Good Job, Shumway Appliance!!! You have exceeded expectations!!! Feeling Better Than I Deserve.

Michael and the crew there go above and beyond in every aspect! Very knowledgeable, and service thats miles above any big box store. I have bought my last several appliances from them, and their expertise, selection, delivery, and prices are unbeatable!

Got a new clothes washer a few months back. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and will work with you to make your purchase affordable through payment plans etc. And they will deliver and remove old appliances WAY better than trying to deal with a box store like Home Depot or Menards.

Have been a loyal customer for many years. I rate them THE best! Tom, who services appliances, is courteous and incredibly knowledgeable. We have always been more than satisfied! :)
