Bricks Neapolitan Pizza

This is one of my top pizza places! My favorite is the hot honey 🍯 pizza and I add fresh arugula on top after the bake.
I went this time with some friends and had the stuffed mushrooms for the first time. Wow they are probably some of the best I've ever had! They ordered some salads and they were HUGE! The salads were fresh and come really a nicely rosemary seasoned crunchy flatbread.
They do have an option for gluten free pizza as well.
The service is so so, not horrible but not really. They seemed like really young kids. But, the quality of the food makes up for it!
Definitely a must try establishment but I would recommend going at an off time or call ahead because the restaurant is pretty small.

We had a great experience at Bricks on a Saturday night. We were in luck because it was spring break for Hudson, WI. (They do take reservations.) It was about a 15 minute wait, which gave us time to have a small pour at the brewery across the street. We couldn't have had a more friendly and efficient server. I had walleye cakes, which were delicious. My husband had the Sicilian pizza. We have am amazing wood fired pizza place in our hometown. This pizza was nearly as good. I balanced my lighter meal with the tiramisu for dessert. It was lovely. Just as good as the tiramisu at Eataly in Chicago. Park near the marina along the river. You will love stopping in Hudson.

Bricks was a nice place. The food was good. We had the walleye cakes and a pizza. The staff were friendly, helpful, and engaging. The place was a little noisy.

Beautiful inside, with great relaxing music. The pizza and bruchetta were both amazing. I got the pesto pizza and loved every bite. I stopped in this town driving from Central Illinois going to Minnesota for this restaurant specifically and it was 100% worth it.

Bricks is great! They can handle my family’s allergies and make amazing GF goat cheese pizzas. Though a little small the dinning experience is great because of the kind staff and great service. We mostly do takeout and they are always prompt.

Fantastic little brick oven pizza place. Great pizza, one of the best I've had. Dough was perfectly balance of slightly stretchy and chewey yet crispy. Wife and I shared a pizza off the feature menu ( Estelle's peach pizza) . Not what you may expect was good balance of toppings, and very fresh.
Highly recommend, we'll be back.

A nice relaxed atmosphere blended with the bold taste of wood fire pizza. The simple ingredients set my pallet ablaze with the flavor of prosciutto and artichoke. The saltiness offsetting the tang of crushed San Marzano polmoldoro tomato. Truly a wonderful experience. I suggest leaving your comfort zone at the door and go for the best flavors you could want in a true woodfire pizza experience. Restaurant is small but had a cozy feel. Decor is simple but set the mood. All in all a must try when coming through hudson.

Excellent pizza! They were busy on a weekend summer night but got us our pizza fast. Highly recommend

Do yourself a favor and get the artichoke dip. Pizza was great too! Best balsamic I've had :)

We each had a ceasar salad to start with. The lettuce was fresh, and the dressing was flavorful. It was a good size plateful.
With it, we had the sausage pizza. It was a good thing crust pizza. Overall a pleasant experience.

You know a pizza is good when you save the crusts and go back at them as desert. Wine glasses are old Italian what’s in the cupboard but the pizza is excellent and the pecan salad was fantastic. Should use anchovies or call the Cesar a mayo salad but that’s just a pet peeve of mine. Charge extra who cares a good Cesar will be paid for by those who crave them. Staff are pleasant hard working and accommodating. First time in and next trip through town will come again.

Amazing pizza, and surprisingly great gluten free crust. I take the regular, but family members love having a fantastic gluten free option.

What a gem to Hudson! Some of the best pizza you will enjoy with the most unique toppings and brick ovened to perfection!
New specials every week. And don’t even start on the salads with fresh focaccia. The Gorgonzola salad is a favorite! The freshest ingredients as well, most from the farmers market or garden; how cool is that?!
and On top of it all….. the staff is top notch!

Such an unexpected and delicious pit stop! You never would have guessed there would be such an authentic and unique pizza place in Hudson. They have a good variety of pizza flavors but spice honey is a must try!

We had a delightful lunch experience. We had beers from local breweries (Hop&Barrel and Rush River). I had the Gusto pizza and my husband had the Capricciosa. They were both great!

This is one of our most favorite spots in Hudson! Take out or dine in….we ♥ both! We have celebrated birthdays, staff events and love to treat our out of town guests to this gem of a place! My favorites…Salsiccia pizza and the Gorgonzola Salad! The focaccia that comes with salad is so delicious! So glad you are part of our community! ♥
