QDOBA Mexican Eats

First time I’ve ever been in a Qdoba. Nothing seriously of note with the food. It’s a style & it’s what I wanted in a clean environment. What *is* of note is the wonderful ray of sunshine behind the counter whose name is Dawn. I’d come back just for the energy she brings.

Good food and friendly staff. I was having issues with the APP, but they helped me get it straightened out! Once again the food was very good!

The food here never disappoints! On the weekend there is sometimes a wait, but what do you expect - it's the weekend lol but the wait is never long; the people serving you work at a good fast pace.

My favorite is:
Burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans (extra), steak & chicken, green salsa, cheese, lettuce and topped off with sour cream!

One of the cleanest restaurants we have ever eaten in. The staff is super friendly. The female manager is always delightful. I have never seen such great customer service in a chain restaurant. The pork and brisket bowl are 2 of my favorites.

While I have received the wrong order twice at this location, the management team really does go out of their way to correct it or make you happy but at be nice when you address it with them. Mistakes happen, I get it. I’m not sure what manager I spoke to the first time it happened but it was a woman but she was great. Today I spoke to DaShawn (my apologies if I spelled that wrong). Thank you for excellent customer service and offering to correct the mistake, it is greatly appreciated. Keep up the great work!

I went in there and Chelsea hooked me up. She was so polite and nice when making my food, it made me happy to be there. She went above and beyond and was so patient with me since I’m not familiar with QDoba at all. I will definitely be returning to this location. Chelsea deserves a raise for sure!

I went there to buy the impossible meat made from plants that tastes like real meat .well it does. I can't tell the difference. Try it and see . photo.

One of the best experiences at qdoba, went in on a packed sunday and the manager with the dreads made my food she was super nice it was a 10/10 my bowl was so good! We dined in, it was chill. Deff coming back.

After initially not getting our order correct and calling them to let them know, General Manager was EXTREMELY nice and VERY accommodating and told us to return the next day or so to remedy the mistake. Came in tonight and Michaela (hope I’m spelling her name right) went above and beyond and was very helpful. We received a remake of our order for free. Beside the initial frustration over all a great experience highly recommended. Food tastes great.

I LOVE THIS LOCATION!!! the manager Michaela (I hope that’s how you spell it) and the other employees are always smiling and making my day. I work nearby so I visit their restaurant very frequently and it’s now the only place i’ll go. they keep it moving despite the heavy traffic and seem to have a good working flow and relationship. the food is always always great and I have no complaints. if there were more than 5 stars id give them all.

This place is like Moe's but better. The foods pretty awesome. Build your own burrito or whatever you like and go to town. Oh, and they have beer!

I come here all the time. You can definitely tell it’s under new management! Food is always fresh and staff is super friendly and helpful.

Staffs not as friendly as other locations. Used to like qdoba, but now everything seems watered down like you guys are trying to save money. Used to be a loyal customer now I feel like it's not even worth it. Need to satisfy the few people that still come or you'll lose more and more customers. Sad.

Edit: glad to see the new manager. She is a ball of energy and you can tell she loves what she does. Thank you Kelly for your southern hospitality and she wasn't even from the south. This restaurant should turn around fast with her as the new manager.

Best Qdoba in all of Delaware! I ordered a three cheese nachos bowl and they didn’t have any chips, they crushed a tortilla bowl up and made it possible for me! I’m a regular and they treat me the same everytime.

Did was great. It was my first time @ a Qdoba and I'll def go back. I had 3 different tacos, they were all amazing. The guy behind the counter making my tacos was really friendly and enthusiastic. He mad recommendations and then put together some fat and beautiful tacos.

Good place to eat with a friendly staff,. All smiles. Food was filling we got a massive burrito meal and a 3 taco meal. Chips and salsa are extra. No big deal. Just a couple of bucks. The burrito was outstanding. You can load it up with anything you want. My wife got the 3 taco meal with brisket, pork and chicken. The brisket and pork were tasty! The chicken taco didn't have as good of flavor. It was cubed and dry and just didn't do anything for me, and I am not picky at all. Great experience, great staff, cool atmosphere and service is top notch!

This was my first time eating here and I have to say I was very impressed, I usually I go to chipotle but for the first time ever I decided to give this place a shot. What I liked about this experience was that the proportions are way bigger than I would I usually get a chipotle, and plus the seasonings on the meats were pretty good in terms of taste and tenderness. The ladies working there were also very polite and respectful and on the other side the restaurant was pretty clean in regards to COVID-19 protocols. Definitely recommend this place, chipotle is overrated in my opinion. 👍🏻

Food was solid fast casual. Had the impossible bowl. Everyone was SUPER friendly and helpful, even with a line out the door. I appreciate how quickly they got the order put together. Thank you!

Great selection of menu options for everyone. The food is prepared fresh and hot. The staff was friendly and helpful. The establishment was clean with plenty of seating. The restrooms were tidy as well. Parking can be a little tricky do to the location but not impossible. Overall a good experience at this location.
