Came here to buy a new golf club and had a great experience. Justin was the employee that helped me through the process. He let me demo one of the clubs and I ended up buying it on the spot. Shoutout to Justin for being super helpful

Loved my first cycling experience there.
James took amazing care of my bike and had it going out 300x better than what she was.
Wish I had this guy at home for my bike. That would help me even more.
And the guy was extremely friendly about everything.

Alexander had to deal with me 3 times at the register. But he was nice set me up with my Pro account for the store.
And I will continue to come back to the store. Glad I could get to meet the guys and get my bike worked on there.

I just want to say how great and wonderful Rosie is. She is very hard working, has a positive attitude and is super sweet. 11/10. Not only should you give her a raise but please make her the owner of the store. She has a big future ahead of her. Ohhhh and she is beautiful!

My wife and I were talking to John in footwear department and this guy was awesome, very helpful, knowledgeable and ready to help with his experience with shoes differences, planter fasciitis fix.

Both, the sales person whose name is escaping me right now and the register person Brendan, were very attentive and helpful with questions we had about getting bikes and a heavy bag. Store was clean and easy to navigate.

April 2021: we were looking for hybrid bikes. Bikes were soldout everywhere else. Not only did we find our bikes here, the bike expert was able to do a tune-up and ensure that the bikes are ready to ride. The price was great as well. I might get extended coverage just based on the way they treat the bikes and the customers. Why would anyone buy pre-built bikes in other stores, I don't know. But here, I recommend completely.

It had been a while since I'd been here. Looking for some equipment for my son. Very helpful and engaging staff. Not too much selection for what we wanted, but we were also competing with another sport, so supplies were most likely low. Clean store.

I just called to ask if they had a particular product in the store. I called on a Saturday morning, in the summer, so I am sure they were busy. My call was answered quickly. I was moved to the correct depart and they answered my question (after some searching) quickly and professionally. At no time did I feel like my call was an inconvenience or a bother - I was treated as if I was there in person.

They did not have the Adidas sneaker I was looking for in the store but they had it online. So they ordered it with no shipping and handling costs and it will be delivered to my home in 2 days. Great customer service!!

This store has helped me get all of my softball items. Recently I went to get a new glove and a employee was able to help me right away. They also helped me break down the glove for a little extra money. Overall GREAT experince.

Tom from the golf department was truly amazing. Did not have any idea about golf club but he came up to us and ask if we needed help and helped us pick out a beginners golf set and explained everything to us by like letting us try to a golf simulator room.
