I showed up on a Sunday for a sim swap since I have bad luck with USCs compatibility. There was a bit of a wait. Connor was extremely friendly and helpful.

I have been into this particular location twice, and both times have worked with Connor F. He has been very upfront, helpful, and pleasant to chat with! I will be making the trip over to this location for any future upgrades and service questions.

Stopped into this store to get my wife a newer Iphone, and Chad was great. Not only helped us get into the new phone, but had great customer service and conversation while getting the phones data switched over. I'm a Verizon customer and she's on US Cellular, but I'm seriously considering switching after this great experience. Great work Chad!

Saturday, Sept.17 we met with associate, Tracy. She was amazing. Listened to our problem. Made suggestion even helped us through the setup process. Very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you Tracy!!

Everyone at the Janesville store is super helpful and friendly but I do have my favorite consultant there! Nicolas Willey takes the time to help and really explains things to me. He is super nice and very patient! I made sure to buy my new galaxy 8 and accessories from him! Thanks for everything!

Anyone with US Cellular or thinking of switching to US Cellular should work with Traci Carroll. She is a game changer and you can tell she is a master at what she does. She takes her time and makes you feel like you matter, something the other reps do not do. Also she has a great sense of humor and who doesn’t want to laugh. But on a serious note Traci deserves to be recognized for the outstanding work she does. If you go in the store ask for Traci and if you have to wait, I promise it will be worth it.

Jake Overby and all Janesville US Cellular employees have worked endless hours over many visits to try to rectify my dropped calls issue with my I-phone 8S to no avail. Jake recently spent over 2 hours working on my phone and calling tech support twice to try new ways to fix the issue. We finally decided that this phone just wasn’t meant to be mine and we worked on plan B. Then Jake was aware of a very nice promotion to get a grand discount on a new I-phone 11 at a very reasonable cost. He made another call the get the “targeted offer” on one of my 5 phones transferred to my phone so I can get the great price. Thank you Jake! He then called again and got the same offer on 3 of my other phones so my kids can upgrade to a nice new I-phone 11 also. I have been with US Cellular since my first “bag phone” when I was in high school. I am very grateful for all the hard work and dedication Jake put into making another satisfied customer. I had the BEST experience transferring from AT&T with the help of Cody H. At the Milton ave location. He explained everything very clearly to make sure I knew exactly how much I was gonna pay each month and why and just all the little details that I wanted to know I would definitely recommend anyone to make an appointment with him :) :) I will probably make all of my transactions with US cellular with him

This store is amazing! Every time I go in there I am greeted. Then I sit down with one of the consultants and they help me with what ever the issue I'm having right away. They even show me how to work something on my phone and give me spacific direction. Then they walk me to the door and hold the door open as I walk out. I absolutely love this store. I feel like I'm family when I walk in.

Cody Herman was our service rep a year ago when we switched to US cellular and he has been amazing to work with.... a year later I had a question on my account and he went above and beyond to answer our questions and ensure our needs were met. Thanks, Cody! What a great asset to the team at US Cellular!

My husband and I went to the Janesville store with many issues. Mariah Dull one of the consultants was so patient with us and answered all our questions along with some simple pointers. We never felt rushed. This woman deserves recognition for sure!!! Thanks Mariah!!🤗🤗🤗

I've been with Sprint for the last 8 years. After coming into the store and working with Cody H it was a no brainer to switch over and join US Cell. He took the time to work with me for well over an hour making sure all my questions were answered before I left. I'm not sure if you can request a sales associate but if you can be sure to ask for Cody H.

Can't say enough about Jake Overby. He was great and helped me with everything that I needed. I came into the store two day in a row and specifically asked to work with him because he was so great

I just had the best experience ever at us cellular!. Its friday night!. Was greeted when I walked in. Then Christopher Craft scooped me right up. I'm am elderly grandma who has been experiencing a beep and vibrate sound in my phone. Christopher discerned everything I ever wished for my phone. He found 4 aol opened, and then miraculously got rid of every unused apps, putting what he heard I used in one page. He is brilliant

I recently purchased a new iPhone at the Janesville store on Milton Avenue and the sales associate, Mariah, was absolutely fantastic. She took me step-by-step through my purchase, she was patient with me, and even helped me sync my phone to my car the next day when I stopped in. I had a great experience getting my new phone thanks to her !!

I went in just to look. Ive been in and around retail my whole life, I also expected to be pushed into buying a new phone or more expensive plan; neither happened. (Disclaimer I did get a new phone but it was My choice) Jessika Mcintyre did a fine job helping me, and even laughed at my corny jokes.

US Cellular in Janesville is awesome! I was greeted when I walked in by a young lady and with in minutes Michael H. was helping me set up two phones. Unlike Verizon. So glad I decided to switch.

Came in for a home phone and Cody made the process so easy. Definitely recommend. We also walked out with more data at a very minimal amount. Very happy.
