DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

Micheal helped me today and I cannot express how absolutely impressed I am with his great attitude and willingness to go above and beyond. He was able to assist me with my rewards account issues that kept occurring and he was able to resolve very simply....thus he possess a stellar skill set and probably is one of the best customer service representatives that I have experienced in a very long time.

The store complies with Covid current restrictions and is in a very clean and orderly manner.

I should have posted this a couple months ago, but I definitely need to recognize the service I received at DSW. In a time when people say customer service is dead, that certainly wasn't the case when I shopped at DSW. I wish I remembered her name, but I believe it was the manager. She could see I was aimlessly looking, and asked if she could help me find some running shoes. Was very helpful in finding the ones that worked best for me. I was a bit in between sizes, but they didn't have the ones I liked in my size. So she offered to give me an extra discount for the inconvenience. The shoes worked out great, and I was very thankful for the great service!

I went in looking for a pair of shoes I had seen there previously. I couldn’t find them, so I asked the employee that had helped me the last time I was there. She looked around but couldn’t find them. She offered me a few different shoes that looked similar, but I wasn’t interested. Just as I was walking out to my car when she ran after me telling me she had found the shoes I was looking for and that they were on sale. I really appreciate that she was willing to go above and beyond what she’s expected to do. It made my whole day.

I'm always so impressed with the friendliness of this store! Today they went above and beyond and honored a coupon early for me so I wouldn't have to come back, they didn't have to do that, I would havecome back but I appreciate that they did!!

The manager was very kind and patient with an irate customer in front of me. Impressed with their service.

I love shopping the clearance rack here. I wear a popular size, so I feel especially lucky when i find something perfect in my size. Good coupons if you're on their email list.

The manager and her associates instantly greeted me making me feel like a million bucks so go them! Then helped me find exactly what I needed. Customer service will always be the number one in my eyes.

I was trying to return a shoe but the system was having issues, Corrina and the manager was very helpful with trying to help me the best that they can. She was also great at helping with ordering the new one for me too. Awesome customer service!

Good selection of shoes and a good section for clearance shoes if you’re trying to look for dress shoes for things and not wanting to spend a lot of money on certain footwear

Found what I was looking for. They have a good selection of shoes for a variety of purposes.

The salespeople are always helpful. The shoes I have bought here have stood up to my abuse. I am trying a pair of combat style boots for motorcycling and work. I expect they will be great.

Large store and great variety! They stayed open after their closing time for customers to finish up their shopping. Great experience!! :)

Nice clean store, great selection and the sales team were very helpful and friendly.

My dog chewed up my shoes so I needed new ones. I walked in and saw they sold shoes there and thought oh good I dont have to go somewhere else.

Found a nice pair of boots & they weren't even expensive.

Couldn't be happier. Found some great pairs of shoes at a decent price and they threw in a wireless earbuds set LOL
