Zumiez

Zumiez was always one of my favorite stores as a kid. I went there the other day after years of not being in one. I am not the size I was as a kid. Essentially the entire staff moved Heaven and Earth to find the one pair of extra large corduroy pants. Their computer system was down, the keys to the dressing rooms were accidentally taken home, the one pair of XL pants was on a different rack then most of the pants. It must have been a hassle for them. But they diligently and happily helped me get the pair of pants I wanted. They fit me perfectly, and I love them. Thank you!

Manager Landon Goodwill went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for while simultaneously assisting and greeting the customers subsequently entering the store in a seamless manner. About as professional as they come, I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Came in to buy a jacket, everyone was super nice there. Homie checking me out was a godsend, hope they had a great day after that. Bless the jacket merchants at Zumiez!

Hannah is the best, we bought a snowboard for my daughter for Christmas. she used the board once and we had a small issue with a chip that she thought may have come from my daughter. without hesitation she said she would replace it and started asking questions about my daughter's snowboarding and hey height. Hannah thought the board we got back have been a tad to long for hey and suggested a smaller size and replaced the board and put the bindings back in the new board. She was awesome during the sale and even better with the swap. I highly recommend everyone checks out this store.

I need trucks and a board. Both are decently priced here. I'll have to stop in again and grab me a sturdy 30$ blackout or anti hero deck

The staff is always helpful, and very polite. They're very interactive, and friendly, with customers. If i have a question, they are ready to answer it without hesitation.
I'll continue shopping there.
