There is absolutely no way that our home purchase would have been successful without Joe's help. We decided to buy a house that was built in 1928 and had a lot of concerns. Since we were remote, Joe shouldered the burden of arranging multiple specialty inspections (e.g. Radon, HVAC, Chimney, Foundation, Roofing, etc.) and helping us through negotiations with the seller. Joe also worked with our mortgage company, financial broker, and title company to resolve unexpected financial challenges. Finally , Joe provided advice that helped us address problems with the sale of our home in Minnesota. Throughout the process, he provided expert advice and knowledge that helped us feel comfortable with our decisions.

In short, when other stakeholders gave us problems, Joe provided us with solutions that we could trust. Joe got the job done and we couldn't be happier with the results!!!
