Kohl's

Had the opportunity to drop into Kohl's West Allis. The store was very clean & organized. Quality of clothing, no doubt, AWESOME!! The store team members, inviting & cordial. Checking out at the register, smooth & pleasurable. You should definitely put them on your place to visit list.

The product I was looking for was available (a toaster), and the fact that it was on sale was awesome! A big reduction! I was especially impressed with a sales representative named "Julie." She was so friendly, kind, and definitely was intent on my receiving the sale price of the item. (She was right about the benefits of getting a "Kohl's" card!) I hope Julie is promoted!

Alana and Amber were both extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They both took the time to help me find the proper products best suited for me. I will absolutely return to this Sephora location solely because of how amazing they were.

Customer Service representative Patti was very helpful and efficient. I returned a purchased item, made a bill payment and inquired where I might find a particular item. While waiting in line to checkout Patti motioned me back to Customer Service & checked me out. Thank you Patti.

Very busy but prices and availability of items was excellent.
Kohls has been my go to store since opened in my neighborhood.
And call out of the checkout girl Bindy. I had questions about the Gold day extra off at checkout and she was very sweet to happily explain that she was applying it to my purchases. All done with a sweet tone and smile. I loved that.

I was so happy that Alexis approached me to help me with what I was looking for. She wasn't pushy, and so friendly and knowledgeable. She definitely "made the sale", and if I had more time, I would have looked for more items. I was so impressed with Alexis, and thought she is such an asset to Sephora. This Kohls is always tidy and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Felita in customer service is so nice and helpful. She goes out of her way to help you. I always try and check out or do returns with her. She is a poster child for customer service.

The staff is very friendly and you get lots of variety here compared to other stores. The store is maintained very well and it was clean. It was good to see a good amount of crowd during the weekend. We got a deal as well using the Kohls credit card.

I was at the Sephora at the Kohls in West Allis. Alexis was the person who helped me.
She was outstanding in her customer service! I needed some eye concealer & corrector. She was patient and took the with me even though there were others waiting. She explained what she was doing, and using, and why she was doing what she was doing in order to get the results I needed. I truly appreciated her assistance and the time she took.

Fairly friendly staff, clean store but the big plus for me (no pun intended) is the big and tall section, as a father of two teenage boys being 6'3 330 and 6'6 290 I need a large variety of clothing and they have everything from Nike and under armour to nice dress clothes like Eddie Bauer and Tommy and Columbia

Diane the cashier at the Waukesha store Kohls was so very sweet and efficient. She explained the coupons very thoroughly and checkout went very smoothly. I would return to the Waukesha Kohls store because of Diane.

Had to come in very last minute, I'm talking like 30 minutes before close on Christmas Eve, and I was still able to find a few more things for my kids, including for their stockings. Clean and organized, as well as friendly staff, very satisfied ☺

Kohl's is really starting to step up their game. The quality of their clothes is nice than some other stores. Lots of name brands and choices in clothes and shoes.

Very clean store,very friendly store associates. Meg S was my cashier and she was extremely sweet & helpful. Look forward to shopping here again.

Update:I just had to change and update and change my review because I just had a pickup order on Saturday 12/2 and the lady was so nice and friendly and the customer service was great.

The people there are really nice. When I had a question, they were easy to find and ready to help. All in all, I felt like a valued customer. I will shop there again and soon.
