Thought I would try a new florist for Valentine's roses. The arrangement was simple, but nice. After 36 hours, almost half of the roses were seriously drooping. I've ordered a ton of roses and these seemed to die the quickest on me, even after adding water.

After contacting the owner, they made things right. I appreciate companies that stand behind their products and services.

Love this place! The staff is very welcoming and allowed me to design the bouquet how I wanted. They have cute gifts there too!

I have ordered on multiple occasions from this florist.
The flowers are always fresh (not about to start wilting 2 days after you gifted them).
You can also just tell them the price you are looking for and the colors you want in the arrangement, and the arrangements come out absolutely great—tasteful and beautiful.
They are also realistic about their deliveries, and I like it that they will update the website if they are flooded with orders, so you know what to expect.

Super easy to work with. I ordered 13 single wrapped roses over the phone for my daughter's pre-k graduation right before the Enchanted Cottage was closed last night. The lady was so helpful and did not rush me to finish the order so that she could go home on time. They had the roses beautifully wrapped (with water tube to keep them fresh) this afternoon before the graduation. Each kid received the flower was so happy. Price is very fair as well. Thank you!!!

The sun-infused summer flowers delivered looked great and her reaction was perfect! The flowers varied from the picture (lots more purple, less yellow/orange) but it was close enough for me and still looked healthy and beautiful. They specify this online, so I didn't expect an exact match, but thought it's worth a word of warning for those who want an exact look. Easy to order online with quick delivery but I wish it was clarified on the site the difference between a standard, deluxe, or premium arrangement. Overall I'm pleased and she was too!

I worked with Debra at The Enchanted Cottage for bouquets and boutonnieres for my wedding. Debra was outstanding. During the consultation, she really listened to my ideas, even bringing up pictures of various options. She was extremely responsive to emails and communicated information in a timely fashion. The flowers were delivered on time, even though I was running late, and were simply beautiful. I received so many compliments on my fall bouquets.

I called the shop from CT and needed to send an arrangement to my daughter at a business in Draper UT...the people in this shop went out of their way to get exactly what I wanted, were extremely helpful, and very friendly. They listened to what I needed and delivered. The arrangement was beautiful and my daughter was thrilled with it! And thanks to the floral delivery man and his persistence to get it delivered on time and have it remain a surprise. Your shop is the best!

I can not say enough for Maryann and Mark! They own the most beautiful shop and have the prettiest most long lasting flowers! If you have a black thumb, they can most definitely turn it green by walking you through what flowers and plants can thrive with little care but yet still fill your home with beauty and life!
