This is a must stop when going through Rhinelander. A trendy girl's paradise, great coffee, boutique clothing, and fun pantry staples mixed with fun home decor. Off the main roads but worth a stop. Extensive and creative coffee menu with yummy baked goods. A fun girls trip stop and great place to take a break and stretch your legs.

Awesome coffee! Some of the best I've had. Very cute store/coffeehouse. It was very busy, but we got through the line pretty quickly. We also came prime time on a weekend. Really enjoyed the variety of drinks they had, and they had nice outdoor seating. We got a maple syrup, iced coffee drink, and a white chocolate mocha. Both were really good! The employees were super friendly and welcoming, and they were working really quickly. Would come back again!

This is the most adorable and delicious coffee shop ever! I went on July 3rd when it was roasting hot outside. I had a large Java Frost with a pump of vanilla flavoring. It was so delicious and refreshing. The upstairs lounge space is truly THE most adorable space I have ever seen in a coffee shop anywhere in the world. The outdoor patio is so pretty with tons of flowers and a nice shaded area too. I bought an adorable dress (with pockets❤) and will go back to buy some house decor items too. The staff were all very friendly and nice even though they were super swamped with holiday business. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I highly recommend this local coffee shop as a break from the chain coffee shops and a very unique place with outstanding service and goods.

I’ve never had a bad experience here!! The coffee and lotuses are amazing. The staff is always extremely kind, professional, and has speedy service. You can also shop their cute store while enjoying a delicious drink. I’ve found some of the best gifts and items well there!!

So I love coffee and I will go out of my way to find a coffee shop that will sell me a great Mocha Breve with whipped cream.
The Briar house does not only sell a lot of different options for your coffee fix, it has lotus drinks, cold drinks and seasonal coffees, it is one of the most adorable places to grab a coffee, buy a snack or go shopping for gifts for yourself or for someone else.
If you are in Rhinelander you should definitely stop in and check it out.

The drinks are always made the way I like them and I am picky. The staff is friendly and fast. I go to the Briar House over all the coffee shops in our area.

Best coffee in town, by far. Great store attached as well. Staff is always friendly. Great scones and muffins.

Iced coffee done right!! I was so impressed with how my drink was made, any other coffee shop loads your cup with ice first then adds the coffee, not The Briar House, ice was last - after all your paying for the coffee right not the ice! I had the mint truffle and I wasn't expecting to get the full mint experience but it was definitely mint. Well done ladies, keep up the good work, I didn't even mind spending the $5, it ended up being totally worth it.

Awesome local coffee shop. Such a neat space, good coffee, drinks, baked goods and always such friendly and efficient staff! Could not recommend this place enough, always a treat to stop by on my way through Rhinelander.

The BEST coffee shop for 100 miles & that’s no joke. Their Lotus game is top notch, & unprecedented! The coziest, beautiful coffee shop & boutique you’ll find yourself lost in. My favorite thing about Briar House is the upstairs gold mine of quality baby & childrens accessories (Muslin blankets, clothing, unique plush toys, board games) but most of the the children’s books! You will find ooze wining titles & mindful reads.

The coffee and the chocolate was great. I loved the decorations and outdoor dining area.

Such a perfect place. Outdoor seating. Amazing espresso. A nice inventory of boutique items that are different and reasonably priced. Just a great little spot all around.

Love this place. It has the best coffee. The coffee menu is very extensive and they always have the new featured drinks every month. The shop is also always stocked with the cutest stuff.
