Landon is the best! Made me feel secure and let me take my time for switching my photos to my new phone! Francis, Taylor and Kyra helped with my Hulu the next day, and they’re just so cute and helpful. Definitely my go-to store <3

Hands down the best service I've received from ANY mobile store I've visited! Thank you a thousand times over to the manager Landon and sales rep Ari for the world class treatment! I've intentionally avoided obtaining service for the last 2 years but not only was I able to join the Sprint family with ease but the store was immaculately clean and again, the service was on another level! This store is thee best store to visit if you want ANY of your mobile needs taken care of; they are well versed with the industry and know how to make you feel like family! Serious props for a job well done. Keep up the awesome and sincere work guys!

Walked into this store and got greeted by first a heavenly voice which was Taylor. My appointment was with Landon the Store manager. He and his staff was very friendly and professional. The knowledge of Landon of his product was very impressive. The superb customer service by Francis and Taylor was extraordinarily and more than what I can ask for. I am in sales myself and was indeed impressed. I will send all my friends and family to this store and deal with them. This experience was amazing. The store manager Landon and his associate Sceyne were very helpful. Both quickly greeted me and were eager to assist me in finding what i was intetested in. Manager Landon was very helpful getting me setup and assisting with financial support. I would suggest this store to anyone looking for a new phone and carrier. I was there it was very busy and there were two people working at the store. Even though I waited I could tell they were trying do their best and as fast as they could. Taylor helped me and she was awesome. She was knowledgeable and friendly. She even tried to help others in line while waiting for my phone to download all the things it needed. The customer behind me was pretty much a “ass hat” being jerk to her and she handled it like a pro and her and the other associate helped him even though he wasn’t being very nice. Sure the lines were long but it wasn’t their fault. I stood back and watched and waited for my phone to download while they went through the whole line pretty fast. Great service and good workers.
I couldn’t deal with some the people they dealt with but they were awesome at it.

Customer service here was great! Landon the store manager made my experience the most simple and smoothest store purchase ever. I would highly recommend this store to those who value great enthusiastic customer service. All the employees showed great character by not putting pressure on me to hurry up and pick something and trying to sell me on anything, but instead explaining everything to me in detail. Love this store and definitely plan on going back.

It was time for a new phone and I hadn't been in a phone store for a long time, so I was skeptical. Was greeted by Taylor who was nice, helpful, and all-around pretty awesome. She answered all my questions and helped me from start to finish. I did not feel pressurized. She's a keeper. The rest of the staff was also helpful and they seem like they have a lot of fun there. I will definitely come back. (From the nacho-business guy. Inside joke)

My husband and I went there today and FYI my husband HATES going to get a phone because it takes so long. But we went to this sprint store and met the store manager Landon. Omg this guy was AMAZING. He was so helpful and kind he made the experience so enjoyable and helped us get a new line AND A phone quick and easy. He is a REMARKABLE employee and I would 11/10 recommend you go here if you want a new phone and exceptional service.

Ask for Antonio, hands down the best representative I've had while working with a cell phone company. Extremely transparent and will not try to upsell you on things just to get a commission. I'm a person who doesn't really know too much about the hard details of a cell phone plan. I expect a good, quality phone and a reasonable bill. After I was done, I walked out with a new phone, tablet, 3 streaming services and the best plan sprint offers while paying 30 bucks less than I did at AT&T. With MUCH better coverage. I explained to Antonio what I needed out of a cell phone/other devices, steered me to the right ones that suit my lifestyle and my price point, and I was out of the door with much more than i thought i would get. As long as I live in Salt Lake City, I will only go to this store. The store manager was awesome as well. Thoroughly answered any question I had.

My experience was awesome and I can not even begin to describe how easy it was to upgrade my iPhone. Landon helped me upgrade my phone and explained everything to me before I left the store. Will certainly let me friends and family know of how great he was!

These guys are insanely welcoming, and friendly. I go in there , and never leave dissatisfied. The manager remembered me from a years past. They even got me to come back twice in one day realizing that their store is the more reliable choice for accessories, and the store full of great company being Taylor, and Landon. Good work guys!!

They lie and say you are required to have the insurance plan. Call customer service, they verify that it is NOT required and the retail stores lie to the customers because they get a commission. I had a lot of problems with getting correct information regarding a promotion when signing up, but both the sales rep, the manager (Landon), a corporate supervisor and a customer service supervisor all did try to help me. It should be noted that Landon on up called me out of concern rather than the other way around. They may not know everything, but they are willing to do their best for their customers. Be educated, don't accept things at face value and you will have no problems with this store.

Big thank you to this sprint staff!! New to Utah & we already visited another sprint store that wasn’t very helpful! But right when we walked in we were greeted by Teysha, Chloe & Kayla! From there Teysha took care of us & told us about promotions that were going on and was very patient and helping us with any questions! Thank you to the store manager Landon for making sure that we were ok & that his staff was also ok and if they needed his help for anything! Our experience was above 5 stars! BTW: Customer service goes a long way! If you walk in a place feeling unwanted or employees are rude! You’ll lose that customer! But when your welcomed right when you open that door you already won the customer over!! Thank you again to this staff!! Oh & we walked out with 5 lines😀👍

Went in for an upgrade on phone and talked with a young lady. She was very polite and efficient with her job. The customer service was quite pleasant and couldn’t have asked for anything better. Definitely met my expectations and I left without any hassles or concerns.

I came into Sprint today to pay off my phones as well as talk about my current bill. I have previously gone to other sprint stores hoping to be able to upgrade my phone, without having to pay the phone in full which has been unsuccessful. Preston and Nathan were able to help me get the phone I wanted and keep my phone plan low. I am beyond happy and grateful that they were working at the time I came into store# 010899. I also previously purchased a phone for my son and was worried about the type of phone, cost and plan for a child. Luis was available and assisted me in making my plan cheaper and affordable than what I previously was paying for just my phone. I am able to afford two lines and have unlimited data, text and call because of Luis. I appreciate the professionalism and how courteous Luis, Preston and Nathan have been with me. I will be coming back to this sprint store for all my needs.

These Guys are outstanding they make sure you know exactly what you are getting and what you will be charged. Landon the manager is very friendly and will always be more will than willing to answer question. Taylor is always super friendly and always Make sure I get exactly what I want I'd recommend them any day.

Absolutely amazing! Taylor and her supervisor helped me through my change from ATT and took carry of me way better than they ever did. Definitely be coming to this location to take care of all my needs with this company!

Since the moment we walk in Tamika Simmons treated us very well she was easy to talk to and listen to our expectations and concerns, walked us trough all the process of changing from services and during all that time she stayed with a great attitude. Over all it was a great experience, we'll be back to these store.

Went in to get an upgrade on my phone today and Landon Uesele helped me out. Couldn’t have asked for better service. He helped me Pick the best phone that was most suitable for me along with helping me find a case that would last in my line of work. If I’m going to a sprint store, it’ll be this one from now on. I’ve been wondering about transitioning from Android to IPhone. Landon the Store Manager here made it easy! Honestly I drive an extra 10 minutes to go to this store because there knowledge and customer service is exceptional. This should be the corporate store!!! Thanks again y’all!!! 10 stars!!!
