always the best service even when it is about to close. I pick up my medications via drive-thru after I am done at work. Which I don't normally get to the window until 740-750PM. They are never upset that I am there almost to close. Always happy to help and let me pick up my medications.

I love the drive-thru option. I've always experienced helpful, friendly employees. Very happy here for years now.

Was given the fastest fill on an antibiotic for my sick kiddo. Plus the pharmacist was very upbeat and friendly. Would recommend if you need a script filled quick!

I have had nothing but positive experiences at this pharmacy. The pharmacy techs are all very friendly and helpful. All of the pharmacists I have dealt with are just incredible. They take their time with explaining things and are also so friendly. It means a lot. They are also very efficient so you're never stuck waiting in line for too long.

Offered lowest price on obscure, expensive drug. Had a generic when no one else did.

People there are friendly and informative. Not fast all the time but so much goes on behind the scene with recalls prior auths Medicare rules and coverage. Plus they give vaccinations year round. I like getting texts to update me on medication status.

Don't answer phone or contact you that they don't have your medicine when confronted hang up on you talk rude useless 1out of 5

Staff is usually friendly in person. But my biggest issue beside my medications are always on backorder, could be them might not be, is that they send me messages to call and all the phone does is ring until I get a message that says call cannot be completed. Don't tell me to call then don't answer. I try after work it's busy I try at 10am still no answer. No point to ask to call then not answer.

This pharmacy is becoming a joke. Every month we need to pick up meds, is another excuse why the medication(s) are not in stock. I'd give zero stars if we could.
A few times our medications have been delayed at least a week, but every month it is at least 2-3 days wait while the widely used medications are on "backorder". This is absolutely unacceptable.
The staff here are also not very knowledgeable. We forgot an ID to grab certain medications, but we found we had another card that was legally issued with a photo and name etc... they denied it, another wasted 30 minute trip to get NEEDED medications.
I guess you no longer need customers. Back to Walgreen's we go, even though they are pricier, it is worth it to get medications on time. And to mention that Walgreens actually will REMEMBER customers faces/names to avoid any hassles, such as no ID along. Adios`

You get the run around because they do not know how to properly do their job. I was waiting for a new prescription and at first they told me it was out of stock after two days I inquired again because it said still out of stock. They then told me I needed a prior authorization from my doctor I called my doctor and they said I do not. My doctor had to call them and tell them my prescription doesn't require prior authorization and they would not take my word for it. Also I have noticed that a lot of their medication they do not keep on hand everything I have ever gotten from there was "out of stock" and it would be ready in two days. These are very common medications a lot of people are on too it's not like it's something weird. Go elsewhere if you need a prescription immediately. This is a terrible place.
