Fazoli's

The people were very friendly here and helpful. The food here is always good. Ordering was very easy and received the food pretty quickly and was very delicious when I brought it home and it was still very warm even though I took a bus home and I live far away from here. When I was leaving they opened the door for me because I use a walker. This is definitely a place to be at. If you Dine in they have endless bread sticks.

The employees are the most friendly and kind I’ve ever met. They strive to make your dining experience a treat. It’s “fast food” delivered fast and courteously that makes you feel like you’ve spent your haed earned money on quality food.

The girl at the counter, destiny, was so bubbly & friendly...always smiling & laughing with us. Very patient and helpful answering all my questions about menu since I had a hard time deciding. Everything looks so good. She came to the table to check on us & refill bread sticks a couple times engaging in nice small talk. I got the baked spaghetti with extra and I was MORE THAN SATISFIED!!!! The bread sticks are amazing as well. My absolute favorite out of any restaurant now. Very clean & pleasant atmosphere.

I'm glad there's one in the area and was pleasantly surprised on the experience. Price, quality, and service were true to the ratings. The quantities were huge with an 8serving family meal for under $40. Bread sticks, penne with meat, and lasagna were the highlights. I'd recommend going here instead of nearby competing chains.

Food was very delicious. I got the fettuccine alfredo. The staff came around and asked if we were all good. They also made sure that we had an ample supply of breadsticks.

Very good food! Went with the wife and kids for our sunday dinner. They have unlimited breadstick when you dine in, they were so good :) I recommend the garlic butter sauce for dipping but next time i would ask for it warmed up since it came cold. Their large serving is a literal bowl full.

All the staff here was very friendly and provided quick service. My food was hot and quick. But I was really pleased with the cost of the food. The lunch plate was only 6.99 and it was a great value for all the food you get.

We drove a distance to get here and it was worth it. The food was wonderful and the service was even better. We were waited on by Dan; and he was excellent making sure we were taken care of and even sending us home with some bread sticks for the ride home.

This was my first time. Service was great & food was good. Portions were good. Food came out nice & hot. The bread sticks were great. Have to say everyone made sure we got what we wanted & the areas were nice & clean. Very pleased. Will definitely be going back.

Always delicious! Haven't been here for years, but it is still a lovely experience. I'm glad it's still around, and just as tasty. Bread sticks are great, and all the pastas are good. Cheesecake is from Cheesecake Factory and it's top tier delicious. Can not recommend Fazili's enough.

The food never disappoint us, service is mostly great except the last time we were there last week. No one ask for another serving of bread sticks or if everything is okay.they are quite slow

Wow!! What a great place to eat! Marlene was so friendly and helpful and made our experience delightful! We loved our food and the people! We will be back!

I am a big fan of Fazoli's. It's a convenient way to get my favorite Italian food. The Fazoli's location on Greenfield Ave is our go-to location, as it's the closest (and isn't really that close). The food is hot and tasty, and the breadsticks are SO GOOD. The location is clean and well-maintained. The service is great, and the employees are friendly. When it comes to Italian fast food, Fazoli's is the place to eat.

The only downside to Fazoli's (in general) is there aren't nearly enough locations in the area; we drive over a half-hour to visit. They also recently moved away from Coca-Cola in favor of Pepsi products, and I am personally not a Pepsi fan.

Catering highly recommended! We moved and Fazoli’s are nowhere to be found. The girls wanted to come back home to celebrate their birthday and they wanted Fazoli’s food. Fazoli’s had everything in one package - a must ... considering we are traveling. When I say everything let me explain (see photos as well); utensils to not only eat the food but serve as well!

It was our first time there and Pascual was amazing! He was so kind and helpful! Food was absolutely amazing definitely the new family favorite!

Pascual Nikolas did an amazing job helping us out tonight at the restaurant! Five stars to his service today!

All the vegetarian food was tasty including cheesecake with strawberries

This place is Amazing!!! Every time I go the staff is so nice and polite. Respectful as ever that’s why I constantly go back. And them breadsticks…… yeahhhhh boy!

Our server Pascual was very nice and generous to us, even though we showed up later in the night. He was kind and welcoming, gave us amazing service, and just a overall nice guy!

This place is clean and its amazing! The service is excellent, the food is great. All the workers are polite. The quality of the food looks exquisite and the taste is done to perfection.
