In my experience, the employees here seem very happy to help. I went in today for headlight bulbs. Cesar took care of me and volunteered to help me install them. I never even asked, but he acted like it was no big deal to come outside and help me out. Thank you!

They're very honest they they're more knowledge they know about but you ask them they know they find everything in the computer fine and then they find the parts really good. The good customers

Outstanding customer service and great prices. Stopped into O'Reilly Auto Parts to read a check engine light and borrowed the OBDii. The last technician who serviced my Mini engine pinched the side of the air filter, allowing more air in. 🤦🏻 I reseated the filter element, reset the OBDii and voila! No more codes. Couldn't have solved this as it was not visible under the hood. O'Reilly had their high mileage 5w-30 synthetic on sale so I bought the 5 quart for under $20.

Each time I’ve gone to this location, they have been friendly and helpful. Today, Rob checked the battery and replaced it. I appreciate the excellent customer service!

Went in for wiper blade inserts. The employee was really helpful & replaced all (3) of them for me!

The guys are always friendly. Ready to help if I need it. Leave me be if I don’t. As a woman I’m pretty sensitive to that. I’m treated with respect. I actually went out of my way by 15 minutes to shop at this location because of that. They are all good guys. Today Robert helped me. I hope that store management and district managers see this review and let the guys know that they are appreciated.

Went to get some wiper blades and have a check engine light read i was helped by Julian who if i do say so myself went above & beyond the job to help me. He even put my wiper blades on my truck. He was very kind, understanding, helpful & just an overall great human being lol!! I’ll be honest and say I was super disappointed in the manager being very standoffish & not caring about his job or customer service. Dude was rude af & rolled his eyes @ his own mistake but felt the need to be rude to me for it 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 To the manager buuuuuut Julian is Totally awesome especially for just having started the job not too long ago! Keep up the great work Julian!

Needed a signal lamp and the guy went and got it for me.

Good people work here. Honest, kind, efficient, solid.

Walked in, asked for some windshield wipers and some strut replacements+control arm replacements. Dude showed what I was looking for, explained differences between brands, prices, quality. Realized I could only afford the wipers but I'm coming back when I can get the struts because I trust these folks. If you go here, you'll know what I mean. They tell you like is and they get you what you need.

I went to AUDI down the street to get a turn signal bulb. They could not help me because they insisted they needed the VIN to figure out the bulb type...…this was even though I had the bulb in my hand. Michael at O'Reilly found it within 1 minute... no VIN required! Thank You Michael

This location always has great service, but yesterday my husband and I received exceptional service. The gentleman did a battery check on the car, confirmed our suspicions that the battery was bad, and even installed the new one for us! He went above and beyond to assist us with the whole process. I will be using this location for all my future car needs!

Needed to get a water pump for an older car and actually had more than one part to choose between. The sales associate was very helpful and assisted us with getting the needed gasket sealant as well. I will definitely return here when I need more automotive supplies or parts.

So very helpful, I highly recommend them, the customer service rep was phenomenal. I only wish I had noticed his name, so I could call him out by name!!!

Bought windshield wipers at the Hales Corners location but the older gentleman working didn't want to help me put them on even though I was literally the only customer there. So I came to this West Allis location with the wipers & my receipt, and told the worker what happened.. he was so nice & put them on my car for me. Big shout out to Jake for his help & much better customer service skills. Give him a bonus!!!!

The guys at 108th and Greenfield in Milwaukee were great! They tested my battery and replaced it with a new one on the spot. I will definitely be a returning customer.

They helped me with my check engine light reading. The guy who helped me, I did not get his name unfortunately, went above and beyond, even showing me why the seal with the gas cap might be giving off that message. When I asked a question about getting rid of the rust off the gas tank, he even made a helpful suggestion! I will be back with my auto care needs, that's for sure!

Stopped in last night to get a replacement car battery. Joe was able to assist with the install and get everything up and running in under 30min!

Will definitely come back here in the future for any car needs.

I had a great experience at the hwy 100 and Greenfield location in Wisconsin. Tommy was incredibly helpful and continued to help me even though his shift ended. That kind of service will keep me coming back for life.
