Bills was able to help me out with my classic Cadillac, and to my understanding a somewhat niche issue with these motors. They were able to get me scheduled reasonably quick, and got it fixed and back on the road within a day. Reasonable labor prices, knowledgeable and skilled mechanics, and Bill was able to answer some questions and teach me some stuff about my car. Definitely a good experience.

They fix my car within an hour and it did what I asked them to do. It was affordable at a great price. And they communicate with you very well

Honest and friendly repair. Fixed my transmission for $269 dollars. Much better than what Dunham was going to charge me. They were going to charge me $1800 dollars. Bills auto tech will be getting my business from now on.

I just bought a used pristine 2004 Corvette Zo6 from a dealer. I took it to Bill's Auto Tech to have him do a complete safety inspection to make sure it was solid. Bill came highly recommended for doing Corvette work. Well I get there and Bill says hey I think I remember that car, I just did an inspection on it for a dealer and I can probably save you some money. Sure enough he looked it up in the computer and gave me a complete report on it no charge. Also answered several questions for me. He's very friendly and knowledgeable. I told Bill that any maintenance or work I need is coming to him. What an honest and stand up guy. I give him 5 stars. My boss's wife sends cars to Bill for inspections and said he does great work. New to town, and took my car in at the recommendation of a coworker. Found out that the dealership was telling me I needed a transmission fluid change immediately. Bill showed me in my owner's that it was not necessary until 150,000 miles, I was only at 60,000!

I am a young lady who doesn’t know a lot about cars, let me say that first. My oil pressure light came on while I was on the highway and it encouraged me to pull over immediately. I did so on the shoulder not knowing quite what to do. I googled auto repair shops near me in hopes that they could give me some direction. The closest one happened to be Bill’s. I called them and explained my situation to a tech who in turn gave the phone to Bill himself. Long story short, Bill stayed on the phone with my while I checked my oil, directed me to a safe space where he could get to me, and despite all his service trucks being out on calls, Bill came to me in his personal truck on the highway to refill my oil. After, he followed me to a gas station right off the highway to ensure everything was okay. I am beyond thankful and impressed with the patience, timeliness, kindness, and professionalism Bill showed. I recommend them to absolutely anyone! Thank you Bill!

Went to Bill's earlier today and had a great first experience! My fiancé and I were looking into purchasing a car at nearby dealership and brought the car in for a pre-purhcase inspection. Bill not only did a great job with the inspection, but also took the time to go through his findings with us and explain in detail what was concerning vs. what was only cosmetic. When we had questions he gave us detailed, easy to understand answers, and also had some great advice regarding the problems with that car, and what that meant for if we wanted to purchase it, and what we should say to the dealer. Bill's inspection saved us from purchasing a car with problems from a dealer who blatantly lied to us, and we appreciated the great service, kindness, and hospitality extended to us while we were there.

My experience at Bill automotive was fabulous. I brought my car in for an oil change and had them checkout a transmission gasket issue that I was told By a Chevrolet dealer service department that I needed to have the pan gasket replaced on the transmission pans at a cost of almost 400 dollars . Was advised by Bill’s that what I needed was a ring down at the end of the transmission dipstick and was quoted a price of 180 dollars and there was nothing wrong with the gasket on the pan.service was excellent efficient and thorough. Was advised that I should get this ring replaced but not urgent but a dry spot is always better than a wet spot. Very friendly mechanics and owner. Will not go anywhere else now to have my car serviced. I have a 2011 Chevy Aveo 5 with 90000 miles and expect to keep car a long time.Outstanding service garage!!!! Would give 10 stars if I could!!!

My daughter is a college student at UWM in Milwaukee, and I live in Idaho. Her car has a major oil leak when she went out to start it one morning. She knows absolutely nothing about cars and neither do I, so I googled reliable mechanics in Greenfield (that is where she lives) and Bills was the first place to pop up. I emailed him pictures of her engine that she had sent me. He help me to arrange a tow and her car was fixed the next day! Very honest and forthright with both repairs and cost! Bill is a great guy who has experience and knowledge in modified and un-modified cars. He helped diagnose a problem on my modified corvette. His shop has lots of integrity and won’t try to rip you off like most others. I’ll have trust in Bill’s the next time I have car trouble.
