Residence Inn by Marriott Milwaukee North/Glendale

I was very pleased overall with my stay here. The hotel smelled fantastic everything was nice and clean . And most of all the guest service lady Ms Glenda was so polite and kind. I appreciate the hospitality and professionalism. I’ll be back soon to stay.

Very disappointing to find new construction already in this disrepair in the bathrooms. Looking at it shows that it is shoddy construction to begin with. The orange mold was in every crevice of the shower. The fan covering in the bathroom had that thick layer of dust showing that daily and weekly maintenence is not happening. The smudge/smear and the hair on the bathroom door was disgusting.
We requested the next day that there was more cleaning of the bathroom...the majority of these issues remained.
The staff is very friendly, and the overall hotel is beautiful.

My cousin and I enjoyed our extended stay at this hotel. The staff was great and helpful. Also they were very friendly. I highly recommend Marriott Residence Inn in Glendale Wisconsin!!

I visited the Residence Inn by Marriott for the first time and I thought the hotel decor was great. My family had a room on the first floor with a kitchenette and it wasn't what I pictured in my mind it would look like. In celebrating Father's Day with my family, we were able to enjoy dinner and good times; but, the sink had plumbing problems. It is a wonderful hotel otherwise...

My grand daughter had her 7th birthday party here with about 9 of her cousins. They had fun in the pool. The hotel is nice, the room was very spacious and clean. We NEVER saw any of the staff, nobody ever came into the pool area to refill the towels or anything. The girls had a Great time so that's all that matters!

Hotel is very comfortable. It was like our own little studio. Room service was amazing and the location is peaceful. I don't have a dog but I love them and the hotel is pet friendly. Many visitors were nice enough to let my son and I touch their dogs. I will definitely visit again.

Our apartment had a water pipe burst and flood the living room in our unit late Tuesday night. I called at 1045pm and spoke with Brandi, she was incredible with helping us get the right accommodation for what we needed. We arrived at the hotel at about 1245am. We were welcomed by Skeets, the night shift auditor. He was the most helpful employee, especially considering our situation. He was very patient, so accommodating, and all around pleasant to work with. He got us a great room that suited our needs and made sure that we got the best deal. In the morning before we went to work Sharon was very cheerful and was helpful in extending our stay. Shaquilla has been doing an amazing job keeping the hotel clean! We would definitely recommend the hotel just based on the staff that we dealt with.

What a wonderful hotel! I couldn't have asked for a more pleasing experience! The staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we felt like we were at home. The manager of house keeping was behind extraordinary! She went above and beyond to help and make sure things went well during our stay. She is truly a leader that would make anyone proud! Breakfast is great always fresh and ready to go each day. The kitchen staff is amazing. There is a women in the kitchen that will sure to brighten you're day! I can't say enough good things. This place is the best hotel I have ever been too!

I am a travel nurse from TX that was searching for an extended stay in the area. After reading the reviews about Welansa Tekile, I decided to come to this hotel. Let me tell you guys, she is AMAZING!!🙌🙌 After checking into my my suite, she came in and cleaned it from top to bottom without hesitation. Her service is impeccable and second to none. Because of her customer service, I will book my entire 3 month stay at the property. She is truly an asset to this property and should be in a position to train other employees in housekeeping. Thank you so much for your service!!❤

The facility is in virtually perfect condition—only two years old as of this review. Room configuration was exceptionally practical for our family traveling with a 12-year old girl and 15-year-old boy. A studio room included two queen beds and a sleeper sofa, along with plentiful hangout/eating/work space. It’s got to be the most affordable way to comfortably sleep up to six people.

Most notably, though, the staff is exceptionally friendly and customer-service oriented. Every staff member I crossed paths with—including those whose jobs are not really customer-facing like housekeeping—proactively initiated greeting me and wishing me a great day. Every. Single. Staffer. Truly exceptional for a value-oriented lodging option.

Stayed here for 3 weeks during a business trip and my experience was nothing short of phenomenal. From the breakfast to the room service, everything was great. Sharon took very good care of everyone!

The staff here is exceptional. We stayed for three nights and every interaction we had was friendly and professional. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good. The snow removal after a heavy snow was not great, but that is not the front-line staff's fault. Will definitely stay here next time we visit.

I have never experienced a better run hotel. The staff were all extremely nice and courteous. They all said hi to my 3yr old everytime we passed them. The food was great, pool clean, and such a spacious room. Maybe it is the training or just the people, either way it was my best experience in a hotel. Highly recommend it. We also saw Milwaukee skyline from our room as a bonus.

Welansa was working very hard. She kept a positive attitude and our room was very clean each time she came in and left. Great service, she's the best. Also a nice fitness center and pool area.

Welansa Tekile Was very nice and very kind when I had issues with the first room
I got when I checked in.. I was accommodated by Welansa Tekile with another clean room that was cleaned specifically by Welansa Tekile. My new room was very cleaned and I was very comfortable with the change. Welansa Tekile Deserve recognition for her hard work and dedication for being the best housekeeper in Glendale. Welansa Tekile Went above and beyond with making sure I was satisfied with the change to my room for my stay. Thanks so much Welansa Tekile and staff.

I have stayed here a total of 3 separate times now. I keep coming back to this location for a reason! The rooms are clean, the desk clerks are friendly, and the location is good. Next time I am in town, I will be back!

Welansa Tekile did a great job cleaning our room. She went above and beyond. She's very friendly and welcoming. She took the time to get to know my family and I. I would stay here again. The company is lucky to have someone like her working with them. You can tell she enjoys what she does.

Tekile is awesome. She is passionate about her job. She’s sweet, caring, and friendly. I came to visit my husband who has been here working for over a month and I could tell that the house cleaning service has been handled well.
