Dr. Gawlas & Dr. Rowen: Delaware Dentist

Dr.Matt Gawlas and his staff are excellent, accommodating and make you feel very comfortable. His concern and ability to address pain issues during procedures is outstanding! Thanks to Dr Gawlas I now have a beautiful smile that has increased my confidence. Dr. Gawlas responded very quickly to my recent fractured tooth and got me right in. I highly recommend this Dental Practice!

I saw Dr Gawlas and I was very impressed! He’s a phenomenal dentist. He’s very kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and an all round top notch dentist. I highly recommend him! The staff in the office are excellent too!

This is the best place to get your teeth fixed. I had missing teeth and a lot of damage done to me. And dr. Gawlas fixed everything I now have a perfect smile. He will not stop until your teeth are at perfection. I will never go anywhere else but here

I’ve been a patient 25+ years! Great dentist & office staff! Now trusting him with my children! Recommend highly! More recently I have left the practice as Dr. Rowen is retiring. Significant change in staff, except for Marie who is wonderful!! I specifically left due to the billing person. Absolutely didn’t know what she was doing with insurance policies or claims. Never kept her word that she would follow up or call you back. I know I’ve over-paid, but it was just finally worth it to leave the practice. If not for her, I was still happy with staff & especially Dr. Gawlas, who I wish a long & prosperous career. Just watch your billing statements if you choose to go.

I have been going to Dr. Rowen since i was a kid, recently seen Dr. Gawlas both are awesome and patient. Shirley (my hygienist) is always a pleasure and makes you feel comfortable while getting a cleaning or whatever else needs to be done. All of the staff are wonderful :)

This is actually Annette not Brianna. I just have to say I decided to try this new dentist office out and I’m super happy I did! From the very first call to my cleaning with Carina I couldn’t be more satisfied. Every single person I’ve come in contact with have been really nice. Carina really took her time with me and gave great suggestions and truly cared I would highly recommend this office to anyone I’m very happy that I made the change.

Saw Dr. Galas and he was amazing. I have always thought Dr Rowen and his staff were the best and now I know I will stay with this practice even when Dr Rowen eventually retires. Marie and the rest of the staff were professional and super friendly as always helping me to feel comfortable. Took me in quickly for an emergency even though I had not been in for quite some time

Had a great experience with Dr. Rowen and his whole staff today! After some bad experiences with a previous dentist, I decided to switch to Dr. Rowen because of insurance reasons and all his great reviews. I can assure you they are all true! Dawn was so kind and helpful getting me set up for my appointment and fitting me in the schedule, Shirley left me at ease during my cleaning and was very helpful and knowledgable, and Dr. Rowen made me feel very comfortable even though it was my first visit. Would definitely recommend this practice for your dental needs!

My regular hygenist, Carina, wasn't available for my normal cleaning and Joanna stepped in. She was just as nice, gentle, polite and professional as Carina. Dawn, the receptionist, as always, was friendly and accomodating.

I trust my dental care to these doctor's and their wonderful staff!

In a hastily made appointment, Dr. Rowen and Marie spent 2 & 1/2 hours rebuilding two major problems; they are gentle, warm, and patient. Can't say it was the greatest morning of my life, but that's because of the circumstances, not their abilities. I highly recommend this practice (and have in fact gotten a few people to go, who have also been very pleased). I drive 85 miles now to see them, because when you find a great dentist, keep him or her!

Dr. Rowen, his team of hygienists, and Dawn in the office are all phenomenal. In the two visits I've had they've gone to great lengths to make me feel comfortable and explained everything even when I was asking dumb questions. I've gotten fillings at other dentists before but will only go to Dr. Rowen going forward. Everything about the experience at this office tops every other office I've been to.

I have been going to Dr. Rowen for over 10 years, even after moving away from the area. He is the best, most gentlest dentist I have ever come across! His staff is so friendly and overly accommodating. The facility is warm, inviting and clean. And my children love it also! I've never heard one complaint from them in going and you know that says a lot!

Searching for a reputable and professional dentist is such a daunting task, particularly if you're not from the area. I selected this dentist practice out of a natural hesitation due to covid, but it turns out to be the best and most pleasant dentist experience I have ever had! From the initial office visit with the receptionist, who was immensely kind and greeted me with a warm welcome, to the fantastic and thorough hygienist to the dentist's great bedside and patient manners. The dentist was kind, patient and listened to my concern about the condition of my teeth. Bottom line, I was the utmost delighted with the service provided today! I plan to bring my entire family. Excellent care. Delightful staff too. I had a fear of dentists for several years due to several bad experiences. Dr. Rowen was recommended through my husband's work friend. My first visit exceeded my highest expectations. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and at ease, as with every visit since. I have since switched my entire family to him.
