Lisa, Dan, Carlton and the rest of the staff are absolutely wonderful at store 196! They bring a smile to my face every day! I go out of my way on most days to visit with all of them. 🩷

We get gas here for our business and it’s great to get the points back and use them towards snacks and drinks throughout the lawn mowing season! Great and convenient location

Sweetz and Allison Neiffer are so helpful Zach is new but seems like he's been here forever and I come here about 3-4 times a day and I refuse to go to any other Royal Farms store 196 is where it's at!

I have been going to this location periodically since they opened years ago. I usually buy chicken or breakfast cooked foods, coffee, some refrigerator items, and/or shelf items. Sometimes my creamer is empty or not out, but someone always courteously gets me one from the back of the store. I also get my gas here. I usually stop here in the morning or afternoon. Staff and management have always been friendly and helpful.

so last night i drove to three different royal farms, we went to the brand new on in newcastle, the one in newark/stanton area and the one on kirkwood highway, long story short none of them had any chicken but kirkwood highway! and it was all fresh, the other stores need to step their game up!!!

I like coming because Lisa Anderson. She’s very friendly very nice. And it’s always clean and they always have everything.

Used to be my go-to spot for a certain flavor of Monster energy. They stopped carrying it, but it's still nice. Good gas prices.

Royal farms is basically a store for convenience but they have good chicken and breakfast sandwiches and other things when you're hungry. Very rarely do you have to wait in a long line and the staff is very friendly and helpful

I personally have never had a bad experience in this store at this location, every time I am in there the employees are so curdious and go out of there way to help you. But there is one employee specifically that goes above and beyond to make sure that I am satisfied with my visit every single time I see her and that makes me want to come to this store every single time I need to buy something because she has such a positive attitude and it is so pleasant. You really should think about hiring more people like her because your records would show that she definitely brings customers in there. Anyway this is a great store and I don't think I've ever had an experience this good at any other store period. That speaks for itself and like I said, I live on 4th street in Wilmington and I drive to prices corner to get my coffee and smokes everyday because of your staff and the clenlieness of your store so keep up the great work Lizz. I asked her name and the employee said her name was Lizz. Also there is another employee naned jasmine she is very beautiful and makes my visits very pleasant when i am there this establishment is very lucky to have these two women as a part of there team!

Even though I love Wawa, it's a shame they don't have a Royal Farms located somewhere in South Jersey because it would be a great competition between the two. My family (along with myself) is in love with their fried chicken.
