Dave Landon (and team) have been my realtors in selling 2 homes and purchasing 1. After working with Dave to sell my first house, it was without a doubt that I would be using Dave and team for all of my realtor needs! Dave and his team in my opinion go above and beyond for their clients. They are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The best real estate team around!!!

Team Landon and Dave Landon went above and beyond in handling my home purchase. Dave was quick to respond to questions and seemed to almost always be available. Team Landon made purchasing my first home (and shopping remotely) as stress free as possible. Prior to making a offer, Dave was able to provide a video-call walk through of the home and answer questions. In big part to Team Landon I was able to close on my first home quickly and I was able to move in only 2 days after completing my relocation.

Prior to looking at homes with my realtor I was very nervous and overwhelmed. Not to mention, the realtor I worked with before Dave was a mess leaving me even more distraught about the market. From the first text interaction and even more so when we met in person. Dave was quick to reassure me and give me confidence in the home buying process. From my past interactions with agents, I'm certain I wouldn't have been able to find a house this year if it wasn't for Dave and Traci. Their knowledge and ability to pass on that information to their clients left me happy in a new home with no concerns.

Dave, and his team went above and beyond for us. We were only able to be in town for one weekend, and from that he was able to narrow down what our likes and dislikes were. He continued to show us houses via zoom, and gave us really good advice. His experience in the industry really shows through and he was able to point out issues we would never have realized. He made an experience that should have been extremely stressful, much easier on us. I cannot recommend him and his team enough!

Dave, Kirsten, and the whole team were incredible in both the purchasing of our new home and sale of our previous home. We took them on a year-long journey during a very tough housing market and they were attentive and knowledgeable through the whole process. I never felt as though they pushed us beyond our comfort zone financially when searching and truly provided white glove service for the many steps between offer and closing for both our purchase and our sale. Strongly recommend this team for anyone buying or selling your home!
