Everlasting Beauty Floral Design

I had some nerve calling this popular local florist 3 days before Mother’s Day to ask for a rush order. I wanted an arrangement of white blooms to take to a funeral service in New Jersey. “We are insanely busy but we will have something for you to pick up on Saturday morning.” As promised I got a vase of stunning white roses, hydrangeas, snap dragons etc., which were widely admired by all. Wonderful flower shop that has always gotten it right with all my orders. The management and staff are very friendly and helpful, their flower selection is one of the best I've seen, and they've always helped me decide on the best arrangement. They came thru when I ordered last minute for Mother's Day, and made sure that the flower arrangement was not just beautiful, but also delivered on time! I’m so grateful to Everlasting Beauty Floral Designs. After my original florist went MIA, they stepped up on a minute’s notice and made sure my best friend got her flowers for her 40th birthday. I left the bouquet in the hands of their staff (“pick something pretty; I trust your judgement”) and the arrangement was 100 times more lovely thank I could’ve ever designed or picked out myself. The flowers were amazing, but the above and beyond customer support was unparalleled. Thanks again to the staff that made my best friend’s day!

As much as I do not like to give a not so favorable review, I feel this is justified. I placed an order with 1800Flowers for an arrangement to be delivered to my Mom yesterday for Easter.. When she received the delivery and sent me a picture, although she said they were nice, they looked nothing like what I had ordered and paid a good amount for... When I called 1800Flowers to let them know, I was told they would have you redeliver the correct one and my Mom would return the original that she got.. Not a big deal... However, 1800Flowers advised me that you refused to redeliver a new one because she already received an arrangement,which again, wasn't correct. This was really discouraging because I just wanted her to have what I ordered.. Whether or not it was out of your control, I feel it could have been easily settled.. 1800Flowers ended up going through a different local florist and the correct one was delivered today...

My granddaughter and her family I know spent a large sum for flowers for my birthday in the most part the flowers were ok but 1/3 were dead dropping leaves hope you improve your flowers soon

I would not order flowers from here. The lady rang my bell violently and then blamed me for not being able to work the system. Asked her if she had the correct apartment. Then I saw that it was for a different apartment. I then delivered the flowers to the correct apartment. Hope the customer gets to their flowers in time before they die, since they were delivered to the wrong place even with verification. She was too busy talking on the phone. Then when I called to notified her, she answered the phone "hello", so I had to verify I dialed the right number to the right company.

Ordered online - complete disaster. Flowers delivered to the wrong address. They were FAR from FRESH. When I called to express my concern, the owner pretty much said, sorry ~ its your problem. Take it up with the website. NEVER USE THIS FLORIST! There are LOTS of other businesses in Wilmington who understand GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE and who provide FRESH flowers.

TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE This is what was ordered for my mom.... This is what was delivered .... This was the delivered the next day... STILL NOT RIGHT and not even close!!!! Excuse after excuse!!!!
