Great place.
Cheese curds, potato pancakes and several types of fish. Generous portions. Come hungry. Great service. Bring the whole family. Just a simple place for everyone.

Went for Friday Night fish fry! They were packed, but we were seated immediately! Our server was phenomenal! She was fast, efficient and friendly and still I forgot to get her name! We had the fish/chicken combo. It was delicious! We will definitely be back!
Stopped in again on a Wednesday…special was 4 pc of broasted chicken with coleslaw, potato & rye bread for $10.99, it was DELICIOUS! Also had a pizza, this was also awesome! Server was Teresa and was busy & by herself, but doing a great job! We will be back.

Pretzel sticks were Amazing!!! Best I've ever had. Service was quick and friendly.

They have a variety of great food. Fun place to go to in a small town.

Their broasted chicken is the best anywhere and you just cannot beat the value. I've been eating there for over a decade and I've never had a bad meal there.

Updated 6 years after the original review: the above is still true. The food is consistently excellent and the price is great for the amount of food you get. We dined in tonight (we often get takeout) and I appreciate the little signs they have on their tables that remind folks to be graceful about delays when they're short staffed. It says they support their staff and as someone in a service industry myself, I really appreciate that.

This was one of my childhood favorite restaurants when we lived in Sullivan. I recently went back with my fiancé who I told about how awesome their burgers are in the fall. And we went back on Friday. The burgers still kinda tasted the same! They are juicy and a great size for your money. And the staff are super friendly and helpful. It was a busy Friday night. We weren't sure if we had to seat ourselves or they did. They greeted us really friendly and quickly! And they told us where there was an opening for a table. Even though they were busy they still were super friendly and took that little time to talk with you. We've only had their burgers the two times we were there. And we're looking forward to trying out other foods on their menu. I can't wait to go back. Cheers everyone and be safe!

Best elk sandwich we have ever had. Nice long full bar with ample table seating. Large deck in front. Pleasant servers.

Best bar food I've had in awhile!!

As a regular (once a week) to where the bartenders make your drink before you sit down, one of my favorite bars. The food is affordable and delicious, the drinks are cold and fresh, the workers are friendly and fun and the atmosphere feels like home. This is the bar you want to be at, great job to the owner and staff! Much love ♥

First visit on Sunday afternoon for carry out broasted chicken. Very busy, everyone working hard. The bartender was non stop energy. May not have been the quickest service, however, understandable. Food was outstanding. I look forward to trying more menu items.

Really great homemade food. The daily specials are a fantastic choice. Pizza is really good. Soups are great. Wonderful “up north” tavern vibe. Great value.

Good place for beer and food in the afternoon. Nice mix of bikers, bicyclers, and locals make for a festive atmosphere. Service is good. Do it.

Hands down, the best 1/2 lb. California burger around! This goes for taste and presentation. My comp's to the cook (Sun eve.). Also, nice waitstaff.
