Schaefer's Soft Water

We had some issues with air in our lines, had someone come to our house and couldn't figure it out, Aaron came out and figured it out right away. He changed our iron filter and the problem went away.

Our very old water softener stopped working.. it had a sticker from Schaefer so that's who I called to see about a fix. They came the same day to evaluate, offered options of fix vs replacement. They were helpful and informative and then we're able to fit us in the very next day for the replacement we chose! I was very pleased! Excellent service and affordable!

We love Schaefer's service! We have an iron filter installed by them, they have helped us troubleshoot our water softener, and we use their affordable salt delivery. Jerry is very knowledgeable and honest about what you may or may not need. I wish more companies had great customer service like this!

They are the greatest family run business. My water heater went out and within hours of my call, Jerry was here replacing. Also use for salt delivery and a Jeremy is great. Highly recommend this company.

* * * * * Five Star all the Way!!! Jerry went above and beyond his call of duty. I came home to quite the pleasant surprise, Finally Clean Clear Water! My kitchen sink sparkled in lieu of ugly yellow iron stains. I was going to purchase an iron curtain which can be quite costly and he recommended that the head on my existing softener be replaced for a fraction of the cost. It worked! I wish more contractors were as honest and hard working as him. Thank you so much for helping my family out. The iron filter system we purchased from Schaefers's exceeded our expectations and was extremely afforable compared to any other systems in the market place. If you have smelly rusty water, look no further then this filter, it will solve your water problems immediately. The customer service we received from Schaefer's was exceptional! There is no one around that is as friendly and knowledgeable as Jerry. He and his family have been in the water business for generations and can help you with all of your water needs.
