Exceptional service I have no complain ordered Microsoft office at a great price, I had problems with my email service to get the download link and key. Called PC market spoke with tom great service he got my download link and key fast. I installed Microsoft office it has all the programs as described had an issue with the key activation did live chat with josh on the PC market web site within 2 mins he got my key activated and done. Great company great prices great service will use them again and share them with friend and family

Bought a Windows 10 Home License key on special. I had a version of Windows 10 Pro so the key didn't work and that's my fault. I downgraded my windows version and tried again but it still didn't work. saying it "had already been used." I had already contacted support and was waiting for a response when i did the downgrade. They didn't know this so they sent a Windows 10 Pro activation key, which I thought was cool and considerate. At this point I was on a version of windows 10 home and to upgrade you just have to put an activation key for Pro which is what I did with the new key that they sent and I thought I was in the clear because it went through with the upgrade, so I wrote that I was going to write a positive review, that is until I noticed that the key only upgraded to Pro but didn't actually activate it. I noticed when I went to change my desktop background but it didn't let me saying "You need to activate Windows to use this feature". The "Activate Windows" message still appears on the bottom right of my screen and other features are still blocked from the settings. :/
Edit: Sorry about the trouble. Did what was asked and contacted Tom through the chat system. He was very patient and clear with instructions and managed to get my system activated once and for all. Wonderful service from everyone I talked to in the support department, I highly recommend purchasing from here.

I purchased windows 10 pro and office 2019 pro plus for two of my identical machines and activating them was most difficult. They just didn't want to cooperate. The tech support was great and responded promptly. All programs installed and working properly. Kudos to all who helped.

I purchased Microsoft Office 2019 Professional Plus this afternoon from PC Market Online. The purchase could not have been smoother. The download, installation, and activation, however, were problematic -- all of which were of my own doing. I used the chat function with PC Market and spoke with Anthony. He was incredibly patient with me and had my purchase activated in short order. He is incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my (sometimes stupid) questions with patience and knowledge!

Customer service is amazing. I was looking to buy a license of Microsoft office, but I had trouble trusting the website and feeling confident about my purchase. So, I hit up the online customer service feature to talk to an employee, and my guy Anthony was so chill and helpful when it came to explaining how the products worked and left me feeling positive that I was making the right purchase. 5 Stars!

We needed a new copy of Microsoft Office. I was hesitant about using this company, but with a price that was 10% of what you could get the MS Pro Plus package for from Microsoft, we decided to give it a shot. The responsiveness of the company helped me decide to go ahead as well. Tyrone responded very quickly in the chat feature, and George helped me with questions I had during installation.

To summarize: Yes, PC Market Online is legit and gives you the product they say they're going to give you and communicate well (chat feature & phone - although I didn't try the phone number since I didn't need it)!

Bought a Windows 10 Pro product ID from it and received excellent online chat support to get everything working. Originally I bought a product ID that became invalid after updating my laptop and clean installation didn't fix it. So I gave this website a try and they were able to solve this problem with a product ID that was able to activate it from the setting without any formatting. Saved me a lot of time and the price is well worth for all the support I received to get everything working in 15 mins.

I purchased from PC Market Online Microsoft Windows 10 Pro. It works great. I made a simple mistake during the install and made a phone call to PC Market Online. Anthony provided on the phone live real time tech support and got me back on track with a couple of suggestions. Anthony agreed to stay on the phone with me until the install worked. Within a couple of minutes, the software was installed, and I became a Windows 10 Pro user. My opinion: you can’t beat the price and you can’t beat the service. I will be a PC Market Online repeat customer.

I was pleasantly surprised on how easy the purchase of an operating system and disc. Even more surprised at how well the tech staff supported me and represented their employer. I needed an RDS CAL pack for Win Server 2016. The usual retail guy I use wanted an absurd amount of money for the CAL pack, so I started searching online for other avenues. Eventually I found PC Market Online and was amazed by their prices. The good old saying "you get what you pay for" kept ringing in my head and I was very hesitant about making a purchase. I looked through other people's reviews, read the Terms and Conditions through and through, and then I finally pushed the purchase button. When it came time to activate the product it didn't work... My heart dropped and I was so worried I had been scammed. I stated a chat through PC Market's portal and told them what had happened. The person I was connected with was knowledgeable, helpful, understanding, and patient. He issued me a new key and stayed online with me until the product was activated. I'm so happy this ended up being a positive experience. I would recommend them to anyone. Great prices, and great staff. That means a lot to me.

A week later, I had to replace the motherboard and microsoft recognized the hardware change but still wouldn't accept my activation key. I chatted with "Fred" who gave me another code right away with no hassle. I love that I can purchase a single license for a great price and have wonderful customer service demonstrated by the assistance I received with the installation. Sadly, there are a lot of scams out there and I did a lot of research before purchasing software from this site. This is a straight up, genuinely honest and legitimate business. I purchased software from PC Market this afternoon. Things worked smoothly with the installation key; however when I went to use the software, it would not let me activate it. I emailed support and within a couple of hours had a back and forth conversation with Jay to fix the issue within less than 30 minutes. Great customer service!
