The plumber (Jesse) diagnosed the problem (intermittent low water pressure) and fixed it within 3 hours the same day (ancient water softening unit), replacing our old water softening unit. Fast diagnosis and fast repair, for a fair price. You can't beat that !!

The crew at Pauli Plumbing handled all of the plumbing associated with our custom home build in Watertown, Wisconsin. All of the crew that we encountered were friendly and efficient. We di a complete bathroom remodel to make it ADA accessible. This included moving the toilet location and installing all new plumbing. Dan showed up and was a rock star. He asked all the right questions to make this accessible. He made sure the grab bars were right, the shower was going to work and that the toilet was the right height. He was so professional and kind. Whenever the project was at a stage where plumbing work needed to be done he was here. We are so glad that we had Dan & Pauli Plumbing working on our project.
