My experience was with Attorney Joe Fischer. He under promised and over delivered. He was upfront and forthright from the start. He didn't over embelish and make hollow promises to get my money. As a matter of fact, I shopped a lot of lawyers and Joe came in $2500 less then all the Big City Lawyers I got quotes from. He came to court for me 5 times and never asked me for more money then what I was quoted in my initial retainer. At first I was apprehensive because I didn't hear much in the beginning but he always kept me in the loop. The District Attorney in my case was making recommendations that were unacceptable to me and my lifestyle and wouldn't budge when asked if there was other alternatives. Joe came in and lightly argued and won the judges favor in my case and the DA was over ruled and Joe kept me home with my family.
