Server at the counter was awesome! Very attentive and very customer service oriented. It’s been a moment since I’ve come past that type of service. Wanted to give a shout out and a thank you!

I'm giving 5 stars mainly for the excellent service of the very friendly and patient girl at the cash. She was really helpful and understanding of the fact that I was hesitant and did not know the menu well. Portions are also generous.

A great Taco Bell/KFC! Usually locations like this aren’t so good but this one’s pretty decent! Order was correct and drive thru was relatively quick! Plus, they had the dollar menu items, for a dollar! Highly recommend!

Much improved from my last review. You can go inside now and was informed there are no more "Taco Bell Only" days. The food tastes much better and fresher! Great job on getting new management.

P.S. It was good saying "hi" to Marge again!

First time ever to one of the combo Taco Bell and KFC locations. Super friendly,helpful, quick. Food was great!

Can't really complain. Has anyone been outside of th state and dealt with fast food joints? Freaking nightmare, slow, d9nt get the order right and I had to tell them what comes with the meal so I'm glad to be home ill tell ya that

You know.... this Rating is Solely a 5 Because our face to face customer service with Laura!
We were on a trip with a car full of hungry kids, the ordering process was super frustrating, out of beef, no pickles, certain menu items not in stock. But once ordered and arriving at the Window we were greeted with warm humor from Laura. She completely turned our experience around and did so with lots of laughs! We hope she sees this and knows she made such a difference in our night!

I'm not picky about faux-mexican food. The steak at every location tastes like canned stewed beef. But it's well flavored and tender. The way the staff talked to me shot up my anxiety because it seemed saccharine enough to cover up something they did to my food. Most likely, they were just making fun of me.

Friendly staff, good food, and they're quick!

The crew on Saturday was wonderful!! We were in line for about 30 minutes due to them only having 3 employees on and a line all the way to the road. They were all upbeat and getting customers out as quickly as they could. Our order was made well with no mistakes.

I just went through the drive through at 6:50 on Wednesday, January 22. The cashier was the absolute best. Unfortunately, I don't think it's the same that's listed on my receipt. Anyway, he made my night. The service was friendly, fast and he gave me enough fire sauce to make everything the best. Thank you so much. It was wonderful.

Our go to for almost 50 years for a late night snack. They did mess up our order but fixed it promptly and added a surprise.

Tim the manger there is amazing, he and his staff made our order quickly with such limited staff. The food is exactly whatcha need. All In all a great kfc/Taco Bell

The lady directing the kitchen looked calm and on-pointt; he food was great! The man whom took my order was very polite and effective. I saw the delivery people cycling in as the bagging person communicated to the manager-looking register person. I apologize for not catching the names. Most definitely going to return for the Pepsi and service.

The person who is rude is no longer working there in fact My Husband works there and he's always friendly and he's the one who does the Chiken he's only been there a week almost 2 so give him credit he is New but does an awesome job due to his Disabilities.
Also if u all paid attention they are very short staff so u should be very lucky there still open and trying to make a living due to the circumstances and the fact that one of the employees there is homeless and trying to make money for an Apartment of their own plus dealing with the heat and surviving the best he knows how so stop criticizing them for trying to do what's right. I also know another person who works tere and they're best they deserve credit for their hard work so don't talk negative about them they're trying their best to make the meals due to short staff.

So there was very limited staff because a ton of them left, but knowing that the service was amazing. They all worked really well under that stress, and honestly the food was pretty good, you know Taco Bell standards. 5 stars for the service.

Went in for a quick pick up of a few items from KFC. Line of cars on the outside, and line on the inside. Even though that, the staff, well the gentleman who took my order, excellent customer service. He took the orders of 3 or 4 customers, then greated me, and explain it will be a few mins. He then put together the other orders for those before me, as well reasure me that he will be with me in a few mins. Once he took my order, very professional, and I receive my order shortly there afterwards. Thank you, and great job

There was only a manager and a cook there due to short staffing. They were amazing holding down the fort with all the customers. Still recieved food as fast as reasonably possible.

I've been here many times. The food is like any other Taco bell or KFC, not bad at all. Staff always seems to be friendly, it is one of the cleanist Taco bell/KFCs i've been to. Reasonably quick service and has the new modern makeover.

There was only two people working today and they still got my food to me in under 30 min. BE NICE to the fast food workers they're working with a minimal crew
