I don't really know about the service.. they need to add that they are closed for lunchbfrom 12-2.

Never had any issues with the place. Friendly staff and helps me with grabbing packages that I forgot about.

I love that every time I come here they remember me!!!

Good customer service!

I saw a lot of negative reviews for this place and I had a great experience so I wanted to shout it out! The guy at the front desk (sadly I forget his name— I think it was sabbhan or something similar?) was awesome and went out of his way to get me the best deal on shipping a gift out to a friend. He was great and super friendly! My only critique about the place is that, because the building is so small, it’s hard to find their boxes and cards and etc. they are hidden behind by the exit. But I love this place!

I went today to mail a package and learned that they are closed every day from 12-2pm. I understand that folks need to eat lunch and that there are other tasks that they have to do that they may not be staffed enough to do while also serving patrons. That said, I wish this was reflected in their hours online.

Arrived at 8:30 Am on a Saturday and the doors were locked with 2 signs on the front saying hours are 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM. That's government operated monopoly over the mail at its finest. If the private sector handled it, this wouldn't happen. This location would be closed.

As a business owner, my customer was supposed to receive their package on Monday, January 8, 2024, but they have not received it yet. Today is January 10, 2024, and despite this, the package has been marked as delivered. What kind of lie is this? Are we supposed to accept this situation? We wish we could rate this postal office below 0.

So terrible customer service that they make you drink when you get home. Especially that woman with the purple lipstick. She gives out City Bank phone number instead of her supervisor. Go pee in the wind USPS

Moved 3 months ago, did the change of address, went back and forth to post offices because they stated that they aren’t my post office but according to my zip code they ARE. Got someone to supposedly make the changes all for me to STILL not recieve mail. I’m back at square one. Also, they aren’t friendly in there. I dread coming here.

I was away from my home for few weeks. Then they have delivery notice on my door on Oct 12 stating they will hold my package till november. Tracking stated they have second/final notice, but i never receive or seen any paper whatsover at my door. Called in to Usps saying they only usually hold it for 15 days. Then why would you write the holding time is till november 17th. All of the sudden a week later the package is being returned to sender, called in to this location specifically to request longer holding but no one will ever pickup the phone. Now theyre saying they cant do anything so my package is already returned to sender. Absolutely ridiculous bad service and misinform

This post office says it’s open 8:30-5pm on Monday. I came at 09:00am on Monday for an update regarding my mailbox key status. I moved and was told I would get a call within a week that the Post Office had my key, well over a week passed and nothing. Everytime I try to call I can’t reach someone. Come during 12-2pm they’re on lunch, come during opening hours, nobody is there and doors are locked.

I am here at the post office currently and they are not open as they are supposed to be. This happens very often at this post office and it really needs to stop.
