Excellent customer service, they checked the batteries in my Ford excursion and it showed I needed a alternator, they had one in stock. The people working there were helpful and friendly and had what I needed. I will do all my auto business here, Napa can go to blazes.

Went in to check if my battery had any charge and when it didn’t. I purchased a new one and they installed it for me so helpful!

Nice store and rental policy on tools to get the job done. You pay tool rental deposit and get quality tools and a full refund when returned within 90 days. They also had my parts in stock at a competitive price. Some of the staff are very automotive savvy. All of the staff work good together to help customers with solutions.

I needed new wipers and I believe it was Rob? that was very helpful as I had no idea what I needed. He also installed them for me. My old wipers were tough to remove so I was very appreciative of the free service. Tried to tip him at the end but he refused. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this business.

We were in a tight spot with our van not working and trying to get back home out of state, but I'm so glad we brought our vehicle to Autozone Rice Lake WI. Brian, a staff member with this store, was especially professional and charitable with his time. He was able to quickly identify the battery we needed, install it, and check to make sure all our systems were functioning properly. Thank you so much for your help getting us back on the road with a new battery and giving us peace of mind that we could travel safely. Awesome friendly staff. They tested a battery for us and told us it was dead. I didn't believe it at first because the thing was brand new. We brought it to the place of purchase to be exchanged. They tested it also and came back with the same result! I appreciate the staff for being friendly and testing it and getting me the correct result so I didn't have to waste anymore time on it!

I stopped for a part and picked up a pretty steering wheel cover for my new to me vehicle. They had lots of options to fancy up my ride. The 2 guys behind the counter were really professional and helpful. I wish I would have caught their names but didn't. I tried to put the steering wheel cover on when I got out to the parking lot, but had a hard time stretching it on myself, as those things are super tight. I went back into the store and offered a couple bucks if someone could help me get it on. They both said no problem ma'am but we won't accept any tips or money. His time and help was very much appreciated! :)

They were very friendly, professional, and helpful.

I had an associate check why my ‘check engine’ light was on. It was determined to be a faulty O2 sensor.

He did not get to the point of determining whether it is upstream or downstream (I didn’t know about that at the time), so I’m kinda left hanging there.

I want to replace it myself, so I’m going to have them recheck and give me the full answer. I’ve done a little mechanic work during my high school years (32 years ago!?) and I enjoyed it. I’m looking forward to dipping my toes back in.

That was the first time I entered that particular store, and I’ve since placed an online order and a pick up order.

Great place to go.. knowledgeable and courteous employees and great selection of automotive needs and parts.. Hassle free returns and yes you can also rent tools here if needed be and they also do testing on parts of your vehicle too like codes/check engine lights, batteries,alternator ECT.

I came here knowing nothing about my car and tony helped me figure out the problem address the problem and helped me work on the car with his own break I’d highly recommend this store for those who know nothing about there car! 10/10 service

A male worker greeted me asked what he could help me find. He brought me to the item then showed me all the options. I chose what I wanted and he checked me out and I was on my way.
