The color palette was delightful and the mix of flowers and greens was unusual and so pretty. Their customer service on the phone was also excellent. Just had flowers delivered to my daughter at the University of Delaware. They are beautiful!! The service was seemless and professional. The delivery was perfect. They didn't skimp on the flowers - colorful with lots of roses!! Highly recommended.

Very helpful, was not exactly sure what I wanted to get for my sister‘s birthday but the sales woman showed me around the shop and I was able to pick out a beautiful arrangement! My sister absolutely loved it!!

Very courteous woman on the phone. Great hours, they were the only ones open on a saturday in that area. Downside, i wasn't offered a receipt via email and no picture of the order, rep refused picture

They attempted delivery once while we were at the doctor's office for a follow-up visit for my surgery last week. They left a note that we had to pick up the flowers, so we called at 3:14 pm (they close at 4 pm) and 3:27 pm and there was no answer. My husband drove downtown to get them before 4 pm and they were closed. By chance, he ran into the driver as she was about to leave and she reluctantly gave him the flowers. The flowers are lovely though, the 3 stars is only for not being open when they said they would be.

Recently I called with interest in floral position or if they offered classes.
The lady that answered was rude, very short with me, a simple kind of show of courtesy was all was needed to decline my interest.
