Dave and his crew were great to work with when we had an issue with our existing fireplace. Clearly the experts in their field and most helpful. Dave moves with great speed and got things done quickly. The new tile looks fabulous; could not have asked for better service or performance. Highly recommend this company.

Great prices, selections of fireplaces are many, excellent store display. Services on there products are the best. Owners are very knowledgeable about there fireplaces. I give them a 10 all around.

The staff at Kilmer's was completely uninterested in helping me when I needed service on three fireplaces in my home near their store. They said they don't service/repair stoves they did not sell/install. What does a guy near Rice Lake do if he buys a home that has stoves and fireplaces that need upkeep?
