I had hail damage all over my vehicle from a bad hail storm we had… I contacted Drew Insurance and they started my claim immediately, the adjuster was at my house within a week to look at the damage and the best part, they paid off my loan so I was able to feel comfortable about buying something else. I HIGHLY recommend Erie Insurance to anyone looking for a new insurance company.

Don't do any business with this mickey mouse company !! I called to get a price on auto and home insurance, he said he would get back to us, but never did !! After a few days I called three other companies in the area, and just a few hours later got quotes from all three !! We even got a better price on both home, and auto !! a good business man keeps his word, but this guy isn't even responsible enough to get back to customers !!

Paul Drew is a liar and a coward that does not pay his bills.

Poor customer service. Always was a struggle to contact them in person or over the phone even during normal business hours. Didn’t know about a $25 late fee per policy. Had renters and auto and was a day late, boom $50 late fee!
