As always very professional. Started buying there 40 yr ago. When I decide to purchase they have my name on file which gives us continuity together. Great place. Easy to talk to even if you aren't buying big.

This is the second purchase we have made, and we are extremely happy with it. The first was a blue topaz butterfly and now a diamond and topaz pendant. What also made this purchase special was the customer service we received. They went above and beyond, making sure we were happy with the purchase. Would highly recommend.

My husband's ring was missing a diamond, scratched up, and just in terrible shape. My own ring was also showing some wear and sure enough, also needed some work done. Today I feel like I was transported back in time and cried some happy tears from how beautiful they both looked!! They looked like they did when we first picked them out! Our rings were meticulously cared for and if that wasn't enough, they also cleaned my earrings for me. I will never go anywhere else! They are amazing and take the time to know you. Definitely the best!

My wife lost the diamond in her wedding ring when the prong broke. She took it to a chain jewelry store and they said it couldn't be fixed. I took the ring to Diamond Designs and they said they could fix it and have it done in 10 days. Not only did they put new prongs on the ring, they cleaned the wedding band and helped me pick out a new diamond. They finished the ring in 10 days and it looked like brand new. I surprised my wife with the ring and she was estatic.
The cost was very reasonable and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. We will be doing more business with Diamond Designs in the future and will recommend them to our friends.

I took my wedding set in because it was missing a diamond and I wanted it replaced. My wedding set was also bent, scratched, and in very rough shape due to 15 years of wear. I picked it up this morning and was taken back on how BEAUTIFUL it looked!!! I haven’t seen my wedding set look like this since it was brand new and given to me by my husband when he proposed 15 years ago. I have taken it into other jewelry stores to have it cleaned but never did it look like it does today after a cleaning. I can tell Diamond Designs by Bodis takes allot of pride and time in their work and cares about their customers!

Hey Jimbo Cline.....what happens to the value of a car when you drive it off the lot? It becomes a used car and it's value depreciates. The jewelry business and car sales are similar in that sense, but buy back for used jewelry is based on scrap value unlike a car. Your poor review seems a bit exaggerated.
