Pomp's Tire Service

Traveling south and had tire issues and was in need of a new tire. Found Pomp’s Tire Service in Rice Lake. Service was awesome. I was in and out within 90 minutes and with a new tire. I couldn’t have asked for better customer as a walk in tire emergency. I am very thankful and felt so fortunate to find such a helpful person and business. Highly recommend!!

I was getting a flat tire and was able to make it to pomps. Everyone was on there lunch break but one very nice guy still helped me right away! Got my tire plugged up and was back on the road in no time! Thank you much!!

Love the place but was dismayed to learn that my front brake job estimate was low by 34% or about $100. Brake jobs on my truck are nothing special. To be off by $100 makes me wonder. EDIT: they saw this review and contacted me right away and explained what happened. Gave them 5 stars!

I was treated very well. They were knowledgeable and shared valuable information so I could make an informed decision on which tires to get. They provided fast and courteous service. As a woman I felt I was treated very well on an equal basis. Was in and out in less than an hour and a half. All was explained well on the invoice and about the road hazzard I purchased and the tire rebate. I'll definitely refer and come again.

On a trip to Hayward with our camper, when we got to our campsite, found one trailer tire with a slash and another with a bubble. Called late on a Friday afternoon and set up an appointment for 4 new tires on our camper for the next day mid-day (the gentleman that set it up didn't want to get to the campground too early and wake up campers). Quick service, a big relief for our family on our trip to be able to make it home safely. Thanks!

I brought my vehicle in for tire rotation and front end alignment. Staff was very helpful courteous and extremely knowledgeable. After my car was finished I went to pay and that’s when the informed me that in fact I did NOT need the alignment. They tested it and it was fine. As a single woman I am somewhat concerned about being taken advantage of in certain things. I would definitely recommend them. It’s nice to see such honest people.
