Very kind. We scheduled our puppy to be spayed. They informed me of the extra care they give to little furry loved ones before and after the surgery. They also accept VSNIP. Big thanks to office for that.

I have taken all my animals to Nelson Vet for the last 8 years. Susan Is fantastic and so are all of the Vet Tecs as well! Would not go to anyone else. She always finds time to look at my animals if theres an Emergency! One of the loving caring Vet i know and Staff!

I highly recommend Nelson Veterinary Associates. They always go above and beyond to take the best care of your pet. My dog Mack goes to the vet for his annual check up and they make sure to make him as comfortable as possible on every visit. I am very pleased with their services and always take great care of my dog Mack!

I made an appointment on the phone a week prior. With Covid Restrictions I parked outside and the vet assistant came outside to grab my dog. Any questions or concerns were answered right then. The assistant came back and asked some follow up questions then took all my information and payment once everything was finished. Extremely pleasant and helpful.

Love this Vet. Dr. Susan is awesome. We want her as our Primary Care Physician, lol

Nelson's veterinary is so compassionate to all there animals . She takes the time to explain things to my son and then explains it to me if my son doesn't understand . She really takes the time to examine boots the cat . Her prices for her services are fair.

We are from CT, we came to Vermont for vacation and unfortunately our dog needed to be scene by a vet. I googled a few vets and none of them had opening to see my dog. Nelson veterinary was busy but they made sure to get us right in. They where exstremly nice and did excellent care and they didnt over charge me like most vets. I wish that this vet was in CT closer to my home.

Dr. Susan and her staff are the best. They are very thorough and provide you with all the information about what is happening with your pet while in their care to put you at ease. By far our first choice in Veterinary medicine.

Great place and super nice staff my furbabies are quite new but feel like we've been there forever.

I brought in a stray I had been watching feed on my porch whose collar had slipped under her armpit and I could see her growing thinner and the wound more vicious, Finally caught kitty today and brought her in unannounced. The team immediately cut off the collar, and I left her for treatment. Got a call to come get her as she is lactating and the Vet did not want her babies left out in the cold overnight without mom. Susan Nelson even drove a half hour to pick up a special antibiotic for her! Now I am sure that angels exist! Thank you Dr Nelson and your wonderful team! Diana Mara Henry
