Don's Auto Service

I had a flat tire far from home the afternoon before Christmas weekend. Don's took care of me right away while I waited in the comfortable waiting room. Everyone was friendly and exceptionally professional and helpful. Highly recommend.

What shop sends Christmas cards and gift certificates? Don's. What shop provides quality? Don's. What shop deals with a transportation fleet at the last second? If you guessed Don's, you're right. They do it right and keep you informed. They are patient and detailed. I decided to use them for my personal vehicles becaus of what they were willing to do for our company and I am thoroughly impressed. Quality costs extra, but with Don's quality BARELY costs more than cheap. You won't be disappointed. If I can't or don't have the time to do something as an ASE certified tech, I trust them to do it. Their review rating doesn't lie.

The folks at Don’s auto service were so helpful. They got me in last minute to have a look at my car. Gave me a ride to a local cafe to wait. Fixed the problem in no time. And when they told me the total I was shocked at the low price. They’re really fantastic and take good care of their customers. Highly recommended.

Update: 7/18/2022

Getting ready to travel for my son's doctor's appointment tomorrow and went to check the air in my tires. When I took the cap off one of them air began leaking out. I called to see if they could help me out. YES! Please bring in your vehicle anytime and we will get it taken care of. They fixed the issue and made sure all tires are at the proper PSI. I LOVE DON'S auto.

I am happy that Don's is back in business after their fire! Had my tires switched and as usual, the service was excellent!

In addition, I appreciate that they accept my need to wear a mask. I am immunocompromized and this is one place in town were I can go without people giving me grief.

First time here and I am super happy with the service I received. I went for an oil change and state inspection. They were prompt, professional, and thorough (they even gave my suburban a wash before they gave her back to me!) I will definitely be back. If you have car needs Don's is your place!

I had my winter tires put on this time. But have had work done previously. I go to Don's Auto, because they are very accommodating. They even came and picked up my car for me, due to my broken ankle. At Don's Auto I never worry because they are honest and friendly.

I can't say enough good things about them. I've had car issues traveling through Derby VT twice in the past 2 years. They made took in their schedule, dropped me off where I was staying and picked me up when the car is ready. Their work is guaranteed and underwritten by an insurance policy. Fair prices, prompt, and courteous. I'd recommend them to anyone.
This time it was for a trailer inspection and tire balance. It was done ahead of the the promise time.
Again I can't say enough nice things about this family operated business.

This place is amazing! They make you feel like family and their prices are fair. If your looking for excellent auto car care this is your place.

Many other local businesses won't touch Bmw, much like acceptance of an American Express Visa-- costs then too much. Don's did it. No more "limp-mode". I recommend for all your vehicle maintenance needs.

We go to Dons for all are needs on all four of are vehicles. They are always quick to get us in when in need and always quick to determine if anything needs to be done ASAP or if it is somthing that can wait. We appreciate them always working around are funky work schedules.

While vacationing in the area, my son’s vehicle became un-drivable because of a seized shift linkage. Being away from home with car trouble is a very stressful situation but Don’s put that all at ease. Even though this was between Christmas and New Years and Don’s was short staffed for the holiday, they were able to get us in and back on the road in short order.

Being from out of state and in need of relatively immediate help, I was prepared for a big bill. Again, Don’s came through with very reasonable pricing.

I could not be happier with the level of service and professionalism I received from Jason and the team. They even gave the car a wash before we picked it up! Five stars!

Each time I have an appointment I am not only greeted as a valued customer but treated like one as well.
Exceptional work each time and you all going above and beyond providing a full car wash which you no longer offer any more so the car would be clean for my Father’s Funeral was appreciated more than words can say.

I have been there several times now, their patience with someone who doesn't really understand what they are talking about is amazing. This shop has great rates, kind and friendly customer service, and the men I have dealt with have shown great integrity and honesty. They even had a desk and chair set-up, so I was able to "work from home" while I waited. This is the shop I will go to, hands down, for all of my future car needs.

This shop is the best! I have been to many shops and this one by far stands by there work! My brakes squeaked with new parts in it Scott worked, replaced and problem solved until it was fixed because he wanted it right. Both my girls bring their cars all the way from Burlington for them to do the work because whether the bill is 90 or 900 I know the job was done right and I do not have to worry. I also know the bill is valid and not jumped up with things I did not ask for. They are the first garage I have worked with where the work is fast, done right and worth it. The staff is amazing and friendly and always willing to help! Could not reccomended anyone a better garage for all their automotive needs!
