I have been a customer with State Farm for over 40 years, I came to Mark about 4 years ago, I had headed out of a road trip a few weeks ago and my vehicle broke down. I had to call the office and had the pleasure of working with Susan, she was extremely compassionate, she kept in constant communication with me until my situation was resolved. Mark and Susan are amazing.

When I called with questions the woman I spoke to was very rude and kept cutting me off without letting me ask my question. I have never gone with them before and now I never will.

Tried to get a Notary Bond from them. Every time I called they said they were working on it. After 2 months I gave up and went with someone else.

Customer service was really bad. Don’t used it.
