Jolley’s Pharmacy Redwood

Filled a script for tetracaine lollipops for a tonsillectomy. Luckily they had some pre-made so the wait was less than 10 min. Very nice people. My insurance didn't cover so they were $10 a piece.

Nothing but amazing things to say about the team, they are so amazing, so caring, and transparent. They really care about their customers and providing the best service!

Great staff they are so kind and let me tell you about the gift shop, phenomenal it is time to check it out yourself if you haven't already.

My husband & I have gone to this pharmacy for the past 5+ years. We are treated so well by everyone here. Tad, Jordan & Diane are amazing!! They know us by name and genuinely care about you. They are close to one of our Doctors but 1 1/2 hr away from our home but I would still drive here just for their customer service!! The gift shop is loaded with fun items and I have bought many unique things. I can’t say enough good about this place!!!

Still the best pharmacy in town. I still love going in every time and everyone knows my name. It's definitely a local place that cares about your healthcare. They are always trying to save me money and make sure I know what I can or can't take with my scripts. Lifetime customer for sure.

I used to use Jolley's for years then got lured away by big box. We all need to come back to our local guy to actually get to talk to someone and have good customer service. Oh and they actually answer their phone within 30 seconds. Remember what that was like? I'm sad I left but glad to be back here. Great friendly helpful staff and an amazing gift shop. Will stay for good this time. Thanks for all the years of great service and welcoming me back.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. The gift shop is so cute and has new decor every season. I fill all my prescriptions here and would choose a small family business over a big box store any day!

I love this place. Let me start by saying that I use to get my prescriptions filled at Smith’s grocery store. My last visit there was horrible. I was ID when I dropped by scripts off, waited for them to be filled, then was ID again, even though I never left the sight of the person at the register. I was so annoyed. Every time I went there, they treated me like I was a criminal. I had had enough, so I searched out a new pharmacy. Then came Jolley’s.

They are the nicest people. Jordan is always helpful and polite. I have been a customer of theirs for the last two years. I love the personal service I get from them. They not only know me by name, but they also know my family members (they have different last names).
Today, I stopped by on my way to work to get my scripts filled. As I was about to pay, Tad, the pharmacist, came to the window and said “isn’t so and so your husband?” I said yes, and Tad let me know that they had meds for my husband and asked if I wanted to pick them up as well. It saved me an additional trip.
Such a small gesture, but it means a lot that the people at Jolley’s, specifically Jordan and Tad, treat their customers so well and actually get to know them. Other reviewers complain about their hours, but to me, the personal service I get from Jordan and Tad outweigh not being able to get my prescriptions on a Saturday.

I absolutely love this pharmacy! I will never go anywhere else. Jordan is the tech I work with, several times a week to be exact and he is amazing he is always very helpful and knows exactly what he's doing. I trust what he tells me everything he has told me has turned out to be the truth. Jollys is simply amazing.

The most genuine, sincere, greatest people ever!!! If we could give them 100 stars we would! You should only go here if you want fast, friendly, caring people!!

Amazing services and cute retail items that are ! I love their mail and their delivery service. No stress or worries about leaving home. Same day deliveries and even overnight mail if needed! Every month they come to me without pulling the kiddos out of the house. Thank you Jolley's!

PS not to mention doctor sends over any antibiotics etc and they have them ready 95 percent of the time in 5 minutes!! ❤

Jolley’s has always been great. Short wait times for my prescriptions, great gift shop with the cutest holiday decor and helpful staff.

I love Jolly's pharmacy. Nothing is worse than waiting in line at the grocery store pharmacy for an hour to pick up a prescription. Jolly's is always quick and if you call in your prescription they will have it ready when you get there. I've never waited in a long line once arriving like I do at other places. The people there are awesome to work with and very friendly. I have to drive further to get there, but it's totally worth it.

Couldn't ask for a better pharmacy to go to! I send all of my prescriptions there. While I'm picking them up I get some supplements and other little things I've been wanting.

Definitely a 5 star pharmacy! My whole family goes here and they’re always super friendly and helpful!! Highly recommend! Cute gift shop as well!

Love the people who work here - very friendly & helpful. Also love the gift items available to buy! Just wish they were open on Saturday. Since I work it's not easy to get there by 6pm during the week. But it's worth the 'race' to get there.
