Ocean View Restaurant

I love this place. Locally owned always fresh food and very clean restaurant. I enjoy this local gem all the time. Will definitely come back with family.

Went here for brunch on 7/21. The biggest thing around this town is all the major restaurants are packed out the doors and have a hour long wait which gets extremely frustrating. Came here on a whim since it didn’t scream ”tourist spot”. We were able to sit down immediately and order food. The pancakes were fantastic, the eggs were cooked perfectly and overall the food is great here. Ocean view is a great spot to eat at. Definitely recommend especially if you’re looking to get away from the “touristy” restaurants around town that have extended wait times to even sit down.

A great little place that is a bit misleading on the little.
Great place for breakfast! I had the western omelet with cheddar cheese, home fries and rye toast. The omelet was rather large and I couldn't finish it. Loaded with meat and veggies. The home fries were delicious! One of the best I have ever had. The rye toast was a marble toast nicely buttered, just how I like it. Staff was friendly and very attentive! Fresh squeezed orange juice was yummy!
I highly recommend!

Marissa aka Ris and Imani are two of the best servers. The whole front staff of servers and hostess treat me my girlfriend and daughter with excellent service. Every Sunday after church we are in good hands by Ris. She and Imani treat us like we're family to them.

We really enjoyed our breakfast. The food was very good and the service and friendliness of the staff was outstanding! It was a pleasure to eat there! I highly recommend Ocean View restaurant!

Excellent breakfast!! There were 6 of us. We all got something different and everyone LOVED their meals. The fresh fruit bowl was plentiful and tasty. Our waitress was so sweet and did a great job. She had a fun sense of humor.

We have been driving by this place for years but never stopped. However, every time I drove by there were people waiting outside and the parking lot is full. We gave it a try and were not disappointed. Let me tell you the staff is the most friendly group I have ever met. We have now eaten there 2 times and the breakfast was outstanding. I had the #1, 1 pancake, 1 egg, and 1 meat both times, and it was great. My wife had the #7 Mom's Chipped Beef, and the #8 Mom's Sausage Gravy. Outstanding. Oh, and the prices were reasonable and the service quick. We will go again.

We had a great breakfast on our way home. Scrambled eggs were not over cooked, pancakes, home fries, toast and sausage were all great! Coffee was nice and hot also. We will definitely go back when we are in Bethany!

This was my second trip here. The first time was a year or so ago and I loved their eggs benedict so went back for more. Sadly, they are seasonally offered. No big deal - not the restaurant's fault that I didn't check the menu. I got the Meat Lover's omelette ($12). I've never had a larger omelette than this one and it didn't disappoint. Well, that isn't completely true - it was so big I couldn't eat many of the crispy potatoes that come with the meal. 10/10 would recommend.

Great food, pancakes were awesome as were the omelets. I love crispy bacon and they delivered.

The food was great and the service excellent.

Great service, great food. Homemade soup of the day, cream of crab soup and chicken salad were all delicious. Not “touristy”. Lots of locals and regulars.

Always the best breakfast around, every year I visit Bethany Ocean view is my spot with the family. Sometimes they get busy just be patient it's worth the wait.

We have been enjoying breakfast and lunch here for years. Family owned & operated, prices are reasonable and food just as good as Mom makes!

This is the best go to casual restaurant in Bethany/ocean view area. The breakfasts are the best. I love the blueberry pancakes and (sweet potato pancakes) when they have them. The Feta veggie omelet is delicious ingredients are fresh ,portions are big and mostly the staff is so friendly and polite. Weekends especially in season there is a wait but worth it. As with a lot of small businesses they are short staffed so be patient . 👍👍👍👍👍🙏

Went in for a quick breakfast and was surprised by the service we received. Staff were attentive and courteous. Food was very good. Large portions, excellent value for the product. Look forward to the return trip..

We loved it here and went 2x for breakfast during our week stay in the area. Service was great, servers were very friendly, food was delicious. This will be our go to place for breakfast when back in the area!

First time to this place. We were seated quickly, the waitress was very friendly and the food was good and hot. We will be back soon.

Very nice restaurant, not fancy but food was great. I got coconut shrimp and loved that it was lightly breaded, not too much breading. My friend got regular fried shrimp and said it was delicious as well. We also got corn and apple fritters as sides, and they were super tasty.

I've never given 5 stars on a review because I figure nothing is perfect and there's always room for improvement. But....the Deli is an exceptional place and deserves 5 stars! Food is always good and served hot, the prices are reasonable, the staff is very friendly and even when they're really busy, you don't wait forever for your food to come out. If you've ever driven by on a weekend morning and seen everyone waiting, it's for a good reason! Family atmosphere is just one more thing that adds to a great place for breakfast.
