Absolutely wonderful restaurant right on the main drag in town. Loved the outside seating, but there plenty of indoor seating as well. Easy parking too. Super friendly staff. They really hustle, the place was jumping with takeout orders. The Meatball Parmesan sub was out of this world! Great value for the money. Awesome menu, lots of things I want to try on my next visit. Five stars!

We chose this spot because there were really only a couple of restaurants in town. It was very clean and nice and the staff was very friendly. They were out of the gluten-free crust and honestly, I was surprised that they offered it. They had a big menu and I ended up just getting a regular pizza with pesto and artichoke hearts and some other things. Our friends got sandwiches and we were all very satisfied. There were only a couple other people in the restaurant since it was kind of a weird time of day and we liked that they had outdoor seating. It was pretty hot inside. They had cute decor and it seemed like a lot of locals were showing up to eat.

This lovely little restaurant was soon packed with locals grabbing lunch. Big menu of hearty, tasty meals. Lots of indoor tables to accommodate 2 or 10. Casual seating, friendly vibe.

If I could only eat at 1 restaurant for the rest of my life, Cubbers would be it. All their food is made fresh, bursting with flavor and reasonably priced. Their weekly specials are constantly changing, keeping the menu interesting and fun.

We visited several times during our 2 week stay in Bristol, VT--the town itself is quaint and cute (a gem of it's own) and Cubbers was our favorite place to eat From pizza to pasta, soup and salad, everything we had was delicious! Highly recommend!

Courteous staff, was relatively fast for how busy it was. The pizza was great. The gazpacho soup wasn’t the thickest I have had but it was well flavored and I liked the avocado addition. The tomato cheese soup tasted like spaghetti-Os... it wasn’t my favorite. Milk shakes were great. The mozzarella cheese sticks were good although the marinara sauce they came with was bland. I really liked the crispy deep fried pickle spears with sriracha ranch sauce.

Busy local spot for excellent food! Their menu is as delicious as it is extensive. Worth the drive anytime I’m in the area.

Every town should have a "go to" pizza place that's locally owned, great service and where you see folks you know. Cubbers is definitely this place for Bristol. The pizza's good, the staff friendly and helpful and the value for the money is spot on. Their pizzas are large, well covered with goodies and work well as dinner or as a morning snack. Wings, however, could use a bit more heat though I was appreciative of serving with bleu cheese rather than ranch. Stick with the classics.

Our favorite Friday night spot. Friendly service, cozy, eclectic and casual atmosphere--and the food is delicious. Best pizza around, and we love their sandwiches and salads.

I love this place and order take out all the time. Their pizza is pretty good for Vermont standards. It tastes best when fresh, just don't let it sit out because it gets very dry. However if you refrigerate like you ought to anyway, it's pretty tasty cold pizza too! But usually, I just order their finger foods. Their fries are really good and I love their (full size!) mozzarella sticks the most. They also have a discount for paying with cash which is really nice and what I tend to do.

The interior is pretty small and I've only dined in one time. It's a nice little interior with some cute paintings of cows, a disco ball, and other nice prints.

The staff are always great to me and I get the feeling they must know me by now. It's a great place for a Friday night take out when it's the weekend and you don't feel like cooking anything for dinner. If only all places in Vermont didn't close so darn early!

The food is always good. Got BBQ wings, French fries, a slice of pizza, a Junebug Chicken Sandwich, and a BLT with the works on Klingers Sourdough. Service was pretty quick for being dinner time on a Thursday night. Packed with To-Go orders when I went in to place mine. The owner, Ben, was on staff, working the ovens and they toasted my sandwiches to perfection. For $40, it was worth it. I'll support their small business every time! The atmosphere was low-key, as most orders were for pickup, so there were many tables free, and the staff was really chill.

Where else would you get to choose between a slice and a salad or a Spicy Tofu and Veggie Vindaloo with Coconut Rice? This place has great pizza and some really incredible rotating specials. The Vindaloo might not be available, but you can count on something creative on the board.

We travel from NY to eat at Cubbers. Food is always excellent. Love the thin crust pizza, hot wings, Caesar salad, and make sure you visit in the summer when they serve homemade gazpacho.
It's the absolute best we have ever had. The staff is very friendly and work hard. A+ everyone. Thank you.

If you are a visiting team to Mount Abraham high school and need to feed the family before heading back, you can't go wrong with Cubbers. The food is great, the folks who make it care about what they do. They are also used to busting out food during a post game rush. We were at the end of a line that was out the door but didn't have to wait too long.

Bus your own table! It isn't full service!

Great little local restaurant. Service was great, food was great, prices were fair. Everybody has a different opinion about what makes a good pizza, but we find theirs consistently delicious.
