From start to finish Valerie was great to work with. Quick communication and helpful advice from what is clearly a lot of experience in her craft. Despite a scheduled shutdown that could have affected getting our patches by an event we needed them for, she worked with us and was able to make it happen. Price was reasonable and fair for the work. We look forward to working with them again for our patch needs in the future!

I have been dealing with Valerie for a while now and I have never been dissatisfied! Her customer service support is top notch! Any changes I needed to make she would make it happen. Working with Iron Thread was great. Valerie is absolutely fantastic; professional and a solid communicator. The quality and detail of the work is impressive. The patch had over 12 different colors with intricate details. They nailed it, exceeding my expectations.

I searched many places to find a company to create my motorcyle clubs patch and rockers.

I found Iron Thread in line. Valerie was very prompt to reply and walk me through the whole process. She was always very accurate with her timelines and never left me wondering how the process was going.

She was very open to my ideas and every time I wanted to tweek or change something she was very receptive and never made it feel like it was an inconvenience.

I live in Canada and Iron Thread is located in the United States. However Valerie made it so easy and her customer service was like non other. I'm so impressed and will be a returning customer and recommend them to whoever I can.

Little update on this company I can’t say enough good about them had a mishap with a set of patches. The owner personally rode 4hr to bring me the correct patch these people are the absolute best.I wish more businesses took pride in what they do like iron thread all my patch work will continue with them.

We use to have our patches made local at our mother chapter. But in the early 2000s it became evident we needed to go out side. We had got a few patches made by other companies, but we learned price does not equal a promised quality. We had one someone tell us about IRON THREADS. Made contact they took the time so get the art work correct. They even sent a sample to us for review prior to order. We have not had a recent order but based off the quality, an they time of the ones we have now. We will only be getting our Patches from IRON THREADS.

I'm very pleased with my order as it's exactly what I had in mind. Valerie's communication was prompt and professional. Also, I wasn't expecting an iron-on patch so that was a nice surprise. Thank you Iron Thread!

Overall a decent experience. Reasonably priced with great customer service, I was just a little disappointed in the end result.

Getting the design and setup was a snap, and I was excited for my patches to arrive. Unfortunately, when they came, the background of my large circle patch was distorted to the point the patch was unusable. Valerie was great about making a second attempt but sadly the outcome was the same.

I'd resigned myself to "that's just the way it is", until I was gifted a patch from another embroiderer that had no distortion and turned out exactly as I'd hoped!

The small rectangle patches I had made came out great, I just wish the large circle had turned out better.
