Franklin Bank

I worked with Lisa Clour and her staff on a home Equity Loan and it went so smooth and stress free. The branch is close to my home and very welcoming. Jennifer Romano at corporate was excellent as she explained the requirements and process then followed through on all the steps as promised in a timely manner. I highly recommend Franklin Bank, it was much better than going through a large bank where you are just an account number.

The staff at the bank is always pleasant. I've always been very satisfied with all the business I've done with Franklin Bank.

This has been my bank for a while and for the first time ever they gave me a blatanly fake 100 dollar bill. I didnt realize it until i went to make a deposit at td bank in my savings account that I found out. I called franklin bank back and they tell me "oh we dont accept fake bills" welllll clearly someone overlooked something and now im out 100 dollars smh.

Eta: they called me back, and we handled it! They followed up like they said they would....

I drove 45min to your bank because your information says your open till 8pm!! I am beyond upset!! Not to mention you charge a $10 fee to cash a check from a person who has an account with you! A fee i understand but $10 is outrageous! Update your hours!
