We honestly only went in for a new mattress, but the prices and deals were so shocking (as in very affordable), we upgraded to an adjustable base with the works, as well. We couldn’t be happier with our decision and their service. This is our second time purchasing from Mattress Firm. They have excellent products at very affordable and competitive prices. Warranties, price-match guarantees, and trial periods are all very attractive and advantageous to the buyer. Easy to purchase. Jaden was awesome. Took 15 minutes to complete purchase from the time I walked in to the store. Came back later to add haul away and install and he handled that too. Great buying ey!

We came into mattress firm to find a king mattress. The sales person Jaden helped us find the perfect mattress for us. He also let us try out about 10 pillows each, so we could find the exact pillow that worked for our sleeping style. He did his best to save us as much money as possible and took great care of us. We never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase. Coming into the local store was a far better experience than the experiences we’ve had in the Delaware stores. I highly recommend this store and definitely ask for Jaden—-you won’t be disappointed. We are happy with our new mattress and accessories!

Kevin is an amazing sales representative. When we arrived at the store to shop he was bogged down with another client. He immediately explained the delay and said he would be with us as soon as possible.
