Nate the driver, was very courteous and polite. Went above and beyond on his deliver. He could have left because of long narrow driveway with gravel. But he moved our trash can and driveway light to get the delivery done. Way to go nate. Good man.

Central Transport was good did all my check points every half hour it was quite last truck came in about 0300am same truck that left at 2100 hours

These guys are the absolute worst!! I am completely shocked that Central Transport is still in business. The service was piss poor.. to make a long story short they changed my delivery date 3 times and I had to eventually (leave work missing money) pick up my own package after paying $135 for shipping. You have a better chance winning the powerball than getting to speak with customer service!! I wish no stars was an option!!

This joke of a shipping company lost a 1000 pound shipment of torque converters valued at 5000 dollars. Offered me a 100 dollar payout. Completely worthless and this seriously hurts my small business. Do not use them unless you’re shipping pallets of something worthless, even then still think twice.

Stay away from these guys, they lost my package ($7200) then only wanted to pay $58 for it. That was according to their policy, and couldn't pay more. Once i told them i was going go talk to a lawyer about the issue, they magically found my package next day. Shady company.

This is truly the worst shipping company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Tips over pallets that are triple plus shrink wrapped with corner posts and repacks on two pallets minus several of our cartons. Then the missing cases are somehow our fault. They over charge for over size or over height even on pallets that only have one item on them.
On top of all this, you can never, and I mean NEVER reach a support or contact person. And the billing people tell you they cannot make adjustments, that you have to talk to your contact person. ha ha ha WHAT contact person???

Will show up at the wrong address and then cancel pick up without calling anyone

This company gives cheap prices. Then bills you later for some stupid reason. They will mess up your delivery that’s there guarantee

I don't understand how this place stays in business.
